This is the hardware kit that bolts a DECKED D-co Honcho 80 case down to a CargoGlide tray, and it is hardware only: the case itself is not included, and this kit does nothing on its own. It is the CargoGlide version of the kit, which is what determines the fasteners in the box.
It is a drilled installation, meaning the case gets holes through its base and the backing plates spread the load on the inside so the shell is not carrying the fasteners alone. Once it is done the case is a fixture rather than something that slides around: mount cases to roof rails, roof racks, truck bed racks or a CargoGlide tray and build a modular system that works with or without DECKED drawers underneath.

Mounts the Case, Anywhere
DECKED designed this so a Honcho 80 does not have to live in a drawer. Roof rails, roof racks, truck bed racks and CargoGlide trays all become mounting points, with or without a DECKED Drawer System in the truck.
Fasteners Matched to CargoGlide
This kit ships with four knurled threaded inserts that set into the drilled holes, which is what makes it the cargoglide version. The other version of this kit uses different hardware, and they are not interchangeable.
Backing Plates Spread the Load
Eight backing plates sit inside the case so the bolt heads are not pulling directly on the case shell. That is what stops a mounted case tearing out its own mounting points under vibration.
A Permanent Fixture
This is a drilled installation, not a strap or a clamp. Done properly, the case stops being cargo and starts being part of the vehicle, which is exactly what you want at highway speed.
