Prestige Truck is an online store for truck parts and accessories amongst other products. We basically started this because a lot of the time we used to shop online and it became a real headache to find exactly what we wanted. You order one thing but then a whole completely different other thing shows up to your home. We want to make sure that we're very transparent and honest with what we're selling. That's why our descriptions are very detailed and provide you all the information you need.
So we tried to basically keep everything quite simple. Every product page just says exactly what it needs to say so that you're never left in the dark and you know exactly what you're buying.
We make sure to carry parts from brands that have been in the space for a while, which makes us authorised dealers of these brands. They've given us permission to actually sell these so you can make sure you're not going to get any sort of used equipment.
Shipping inside the US is free with no minimum order. If something shows up wrong or does not fit, let us know and we will sort it out. Returns are not complicated. We are around Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) and usually get back to people within 1 to 2 business days.
