These are DECKED's D-ring tie downs for the DECKED Drawer System deck, supplied as a set of two with the spacers and hardware to fit them. They are an accessory for that system: they bolt through the drawer system deck, so you need the drawer system for them to mount to. They are not the aluminum tie downs made for the DECKED Tool Box, which are a different part.

Each ring is rated to 400 lb, and the ring folds flat into the deck recess when nothing is hooked to it so it does not catch a boot or a sliding load. The point is simple: the deck is a flat surface with nothing to strap to until you give it anchor points, and once it has them you can actually secure what is riding on top.

DECKED rates each D-ring tie down at 400 lb. Two of them turn the drawer system deck from a flat surface into a place you can genuinely strap a load down.

Folds Flat When Idle
The ring drops into a recess in the deck when nothing is clipped to it, so it does not snag straps, boots or cargo sliding across the deck.

Bolts Through the Deck
These mount through the deck with the supplied bolts and spacers rather than sticking to it. It is a permanent, load-rated anchor point, not an adhesive hook.

Takes a Carabiner or a Hook
The ring gives a strap hook, carabiner or ratchet end something proper to grab, which is exactly what a smooth deck otherwise lacks.

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Do I need a DECKED Drawer System for these?

Yes. The D-ring tie downs bolt through the deck of a DECKED Drawer System. They are not universal bed anchors and there is nothing for them to mount through in a bare truck bed.

What is the load rating?

DECKED rates each D-ring tie down at 400 lb, and there are two in the set. That is the rating for the anchor itself, so your strap, hook and the load still need to be within their own limits.

Are these the same as the Tool Box tie downs?

No, and they are not interchangeable. These are black steel rings that bolt through the Drawer System deck. The Tool Box tie downs are machined aluminum anchors that fit the Tool Box. DECKED does not publish a load rating for the Tool Box part, so do not carry the 400 lb figure across to it.

Do they get in the way when not in use?

No. The ring folds down into a recess in the deck when nothing is hooked to it, so it sits close to flush and does not catch cargo sliding across the deck.
