The DECKED Honcho 80 is the long one: 80 L of weatherproof storage in a its published size class case built to swallow rifles, bows, long tools and outdoor gear that will not fit anything smaller. It is molded from impact-resistant mineral-reinforced polymer in Ohio, and this Black version ships with a full D-co PuzzleFoam set, pluck-to-fit base foam plus a lid layer.
An H2Zero gasket seals the lid, a pressure-balancing Gore Vent lets the case breathe without letting water or dust in, and cam latches at both ends pull the lid down evenly. The handle locks, and side locking points accept TSA-compliant locks. It weighs 22 lb empty, carries 350 lb, and nests in current-generation DECKED Drawer Systems with one exception noted in the fit table below.

H2Zero Gasket Seal A full-perimeter gasket seals the lid to the tub, keeping rain, road spray, dust and car wash water out of your gear.
Pressure-Balancing Gore Vent A Gore Vent lets the sealed case equalize with altitude and temperature changes without letting liquid or dust past it, so the lid still opens easily after a mountain pass.
Lockable and TSA-Compliant The handle locks with the included keys, and extra locking points on the sides accept TSA-compliant locks for checked travel.
Cam Latches at Both Ends Two cam latches pull the long lid down evenly across the gasket, which is what keeps a 44.1" case sealing as well as a small one.
Stable Stack Interlocking Interlocking lid and base profiles lock case to case, so stacked D-co cases stay stable in a moving truck bed instead of sliding.

Fit guidance: Nothing about this product is vehicle-specific: it fits any truck, van, SUV, side-by-side or garage shelf. The only fitment that matters is whether it nests inside a DECKED Drawer System. It does, in the current generation. It does not in the Legacy generation, which you can identify by the bottle opener between the two drawers. The one exception is the midsize short bed Drawer System (4'6"-5'2"), where the Honcho 80 is too long to open inside the drawer.

What is included with the Black Honcho 80?
You get the Honcho 80 case itself in Black plus a full D-co PuzzleFoam set, base layer and lid layer. The PuzzleFoam ships as flat pluck-to-fit sheets so you cut the pockets to your own gear. Nothing else is required to use it, and there is nothing to install.
Is the Honcho 80 actually weatherproof?
Yes. An H2Zero gasket runs the full perimeter between lid and tub, and the polymer body cannot rust. DECKED's own testing includes dousing closed cases with water. Note that weatherproof is not the same as submersible, so do not sink it.
How much can the Honcho 80 hold and carry?
It holds 80 L and is rated to 350 lb. Empty it weighs 22 lb, so factor that in when you are carrying it fully loaded.
Will the Honcho 80 fit in my DECKED Drawer System?
Yes, in a current-generation Drawer System, with one exception: it is too long to open inside a midsize short bed drawer (4'6"-5'2"). It still works fine sitting loose in the bed. It does not fit any Legacy Drawer System.
Does the Honcho 80 stack with other DECKED cases and bins?
Yes. Every D-co case and bin uses the same Stable Stack profile, so lids and bases interlock across sizes and colors. A stack behaves like one block rather than a pile, which is the point of buying them as a system.

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
