Piecekeeper PuzzleFoam is DECKED's patented custom-fit foam system for the full-size (vX) DECKED Drawer System, and it is an insert for that system: it drops into the drawer of a DECKED Drawer System and has nothing to sit in without one. This full-size standard version is cut for that drawer size and ships with one brace.
Instead of one sheet of foam you cut once and regret, PuzzleFoam is built from friction-fit pieces on a grid. Pull the pieces out to shape a pocket for a bow, a rifle, an optic or a torque wrench, and when the gear changes or the season turns, push the pieces back in and start over. Three layers give you real depth for tall items, and nothing about the process is permanent.

No One-Shot Cutting
Conventional custom foam gives you one chance with a knife. PuzzleFoam is friction-fit pieces you pull out and push back in, so a layout mistake costs you nothing and a new piece of gear does not cost you a new sheet of foam.
Three Layers of Depth
Three stacked layers let you sink a scoped rifle, a bow riser or a long tool well below the drawer lip, and let you build shallow trays for small parts on top without them rattling around.
Braces Included
The kit includes one brace that fill out the drawer and keep the foam block square under load, so your layout does not creep toward the back of the drawer every time you close it.
