The DECKED Sixer 16 is a 16 L weatherproof D-co case molded from impact-resistant mineral-reinforced polymer at DECKED's plant in Defiance, Ohio. At its published size class it is sized to nest inside a current-generation DECKED Drawer System drawer, hang on the DECKED Tool Box access rail, or stack on another D-co case. This is the Blaze Orange version, and it ships with one removable D-co tool tray.
An H2Zero gasket seals the lid against rain, dust and the car wash, and the Clutch Latch opens with a one-handed squeeze and re-locks when you slam it shut, which matters when your other hand is full. Interlocking Stable Stack profiles keep stacked cases from walking around in a moving bed. It weighs 7 lb empty, carries 50 lb, and is covered by DECKED's limited lifetime warranty.

Fit guidance: Nothing about this product is vehicle-specific: it fits any truck, van, SUV, side-by-side or garage shelf. The only fitment that matters is whether it nests inside a DECKED Drawer System. It does, in the current generation. It does not in the Legacy generation, which you can identify by the bottle opener between the two drawers.

What is included with the Blaze Orange Sixer 16?
You get the Sixer 16 case itself in Blaze Orange plus one removable D-co tool tray. Nothing else is required to use it, and there is nothing to install.
Is the Sixer 16 actually weatherproof?
Yes. An H2Zero gasket runs the full perimeter between lid and tub, and the polymer body cannot rust. DECKED's own testing includes dousing closed cases with water. Note that weatherproof is not the same as submersible, so do not sink it.
How much can the Sixer 16 hold and carry?
It holds 16 L and is rated to 50 lb. Empty it weighs 7 lb, so factor that in when you are carrying it fully loaded.
Will the Sixer 16 fit in my DECKED Drawer System?
Yes, if you have a current-generation Drawer System. It will not fit a Legacy Drawer System. The quick way to tell them apart is the bottle opener between the two drawers on the Legacy version. It also fits the DECKED Tool Box.
Does the Sixer 16 stack with other DECKED cases and bins?
Yes. Every D-co case and bin uses the same Stable Stack profile, so lids and bases interlock across sizes and colors. A stack behaves like one block rather than a pile, which is the point of buying them as a system.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
