These are DECKED's Tool Hooks for the DECKED Tool Box, and they are an accessory for it: they clip onto the interior walls of the Tool Box tub, so you need the Tool Box for them to mount to. They will not do anything in a bare truck bed or on a drawer system.
A set of two black steel hooks, they mount on either side of the tub interior and take the long, coiling things that otherwise end up in a tangle at the bottom of the box: extension cords, air hoses, ratchet straps, hand tools. Hanging that stuff on the wall keeps it visible and reachable, and it stops the floor of a very large box turning into one knot.

Uses the Wall, Not the Floor
The tub of a Tool Box is deep, and anything long ends up coiled on the bottom under everything else. Hooks move cords, hoses and straps onto the wall where you can see and grab them.

Formed steel hooks with a black finish and a turned-up tip, so a coiled cord or a strap stays on the hook rather than walking off it on a rough road.

Each hook sits on a flat clip that hooks over the tub wall, so the hook is supported along its mount rather than hanging off a single fastener.
