The Extang Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 is a soft folding tonneau cover sized to run from the tailgate to a crossover toolbox, so you keep the lockable storage up front and still close off the rest of the bed. It shares its construction with the Trifecta 2.0: a leather-grain vinyl tarp over an aircraft-grade aluminum frame with dual-pivot MaxHinges, plus a patented clamp-on L-Channel that closes the gap between the box and the cover. The rear EZ-Lock clamps release by hand so the panels fold forward toward the toolbox, and the whole cover lifts off without tools when you need the bed open. It is made for trucks that already carry an 18 to 20 in. deep crossover toolbox. Part number 93650 is the 6'6" bed application for the 2007-2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500/2500/3500 / GMC Sierra 1500/2500/3500.
What's Included:
Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 soft folding cover, vinyl tarp on an aluminum frame
L-Channel rail with two L-Channel clamps for the toolbox side of the cover
Jaw-Grip front clamps with T-handles
Spring-loaded EZ-Lock rear clamps
Snap-on triple-fin seals
Mounting hardware and the printed i-Sheet install guide
Features
Built Around Your Toolbox The cover is sized to meet most crossover toolboxes 18 to 20 in. deep. A patented clamp-on L-Channel spans the gap between box and cover and an adjustable sealing system closes it, so you keep locking storage and still cover the rest of the bed.
Tool-Free Clamps Front and Rear Jaw-Grip clamps in front tighten with a T-handle and pull the cover down against the bed rails and the L-Channel. Spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps at the rear release by hand. Closed, the cover sits flat with every clamp locked onto the bed's inner metal lip.
Fold Forward for Cargo Access The toolbox stays put while the panels move. Release the spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps by hand and fold the sections forward against the toolbox. Both buckles must be fastened before you drive that way. Taking the cover off for the full bed needs no tools.
Triple-Fin Seals Against Weather Snap-on triple-fin seals run along the rails to cut how much rain and road spray reaches the bed, and the adjustable seal at the L-Channel does the same where the cover meets the toolbox. Extang calls the result a weather-resistant fit.
Vinyl Tarp on Aluminum Frame The tarp is heavy-duty leather-grain vinyl with a patented corner-tuck system and improved tension, so it sits flat in hot or cold weather. Under it is an aircraft-grade aluminum frame finished in textured black EnduraCoat, with dual-pivot MaxHinges connecting the sections.
No Drilling, Hardware Included Nothing is drilled and no other modification to the truck is needed. The L-Channel and the cover clamp onto the bed. Extang packs the hardware and the instructions in the carton, so the cover goes on at home in one sitting.

Everything you need for your Extang Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 Soft Folding Tonneau Cover for 2007-2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500/2500/3500 / GMC Sierra 1500/2500/3500 (6'6" Bed), in one place.
Warranty. Extang lists the Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 as a limited lifetime cover. Its own warranty document states a five-year term against defective materials or workmanship on the rails, aluminum parts, clamps, bows, hardware and vinyl covering. Either way the coverage runs to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and needs a warranty registration on file or a detailed dated receipt. It is void for accident damage, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or installation, modifications, acts of God and normal wear. Named care failures also void it: driving with an unsecured tarp, folding the panels while snow, ice or debris sits on top, loading cargo so it presses into the tarp, cleaning with anything other than soap and water or Extang's Tonno Tonic, using a vinyl conditioner that contains silicone, driving with the panels open unless the cover is fully folded with both buckles fastened, as well as towing the truck from the rear with the cover fitted. On an approved claim Extang repairs or replaces the part at its option, may ask for the original back postage prepaid, issues a return authorization number before anything ships and applies shipping charges to the repair or replacement.
Free shipping. This item ships free to the lower 48 states. Because it is an oversized item, it ships by freight or oversized parcel and typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
Inspect on delivery. Please inspect the packaging before signing. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us right away, and we will make it right.
About Extang
Extang is a RealTruck brand that designs and builds tonneau covers, and the Trifecta line is the soft folding side of its catalog. The Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 is the toolbox-length version, built on the same construction Extang uses for the original Trifecta 2.0 and sized to cover the rest of the bed behind the box.
Extang builds its covers around named hardware. The corner-tuck tarp system and the L-Channel are patented, the Jaw-Grip and EZ-Lock clamps are proprietary designs, the triple-fin seal is exclusive to the brand and the dual-pivot MaxHinge appears across the Trifecta range. Frames carry the company's textured black EnduraCoat finish.
Extang backs its covers with a warranty held by the original purchaser, handles claims through its customer service department and issues a return authorization number before any product goes back. On this cover the listing says limited lifetime while the warranty document sets a five-year term, so check the paperwork that arrives with your cover.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
What size crossover toolbox does the Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 work with?
Extang lists compatibility with most crossover toolboxes that are 18 to 20 in. deep. The patented L-Channel clamps on and bridges the space between the box and the front of the cover, and its adjustable sealing system takes up small differences in how the box sits. Extang does not list boxes outside that depth range.
How do I get to cargo behind the toolbox?
Release the rear EZ-Lock clamps by hand, then fold the panels forward toward the toolbox. Extang's warranty is clear about driving that way: the cover has to be completely folded with both buckles fastened first. When you want the whole bed open, the cover lifts off without tools and goes back on the same way.
Will it keep water out of the bed?
Not completely. Snap-on triple-fin seals run along the bed rails and the L-Channel carries its own adjustable seal where the cover meets the toolbox, which is what Extang means by a weather-resistant fit. A soft folding cover reduces the rain and road spray reaching your cargo rather than sealing the bed watertight.
Does installation require drilling or special tools?
No drilling and no other modification to the truck. The L-Channel and the cover clamp on, Jaw-Grip T-handles at the front and spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps at the rear, all tightened by hand rather than with a wrench. Extang packs the hardware and the i-Sheet instructions so the job can be done at home.
Why are some trucks listed with and without a Deck Rail System?
Some pickups left the factory with a deck rail system running along the top of the bed, and Extang builds a separate version of the cover for those beds. The two versions carry different part numbers. Check your own bed before ordering and pick the matching option in the fitment table for your truck.
How should I clean the vinyl tarp?
Extang approves two options: soap and water or its own Tonno Tonic. Stay away from vinyl conditioners containing silicone, because Extang warns they break the vinyl down until it dries out and splits. Clear snow, ice and debris off the top before folding the panels. Never load cargo so it presses into the tarp.
