TeraFlex Bump Stops

TeraFlex bump stops control the last inch of suspension compression, where factory stops can deform and a lifted Jeep can slam hard into its limits. The range runs from progressive jounce bumpers and strike pad extensions and shims to hydraulic SpeedBump kits. Together they soften bottom-out impacts and help set up-travel for the tires you run.

Not Included:

Lift springs, shocks and the tires are not included, and some setups need extra strike pad spacers sold separately.

Installation

Installation ranges from swapping bump stops in the factory jounce tubes to trimming the tubes and mounting hydraulic SpeedBump units. The axle is lowered with the springs unloaded, so the vehicle must be safely supported. Before driving, cycle the suspension to confirm tire and fender clearance, since TeraFlex bases its spacer recommendations on tested tires.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. TeraFlex warrants its bump stops against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser and the vehicle the part was first installed on. Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage, and TeraFlex excludes normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, modifications, racing or competition use, and accident or abuse damage. To make a claim, call TeraFlex customer service with proof of purchase; removing the part and shipping it to TeraFlex are the buyer's responsibility, and TeraFlex pays to send the repaired or replacement part back. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed; larger kits and axles ship by freight. Inspect on delivery. Inspect the carton and every part as soon as the delivery arrives, note any shipping damage with the carrier, and contact us right away so we can make it right.
