This is the deep tub, so it holds 12.4ft³, which is a lot more than a standard-depth crossover. It measures 70" across, 20" front to back and 20.75" tall over a 59" x 17" x 15" tub. The lid is the patented RigidCore foam-filled design and self-opens to 90 degrees. It locks with the QuickStrike push button, an oversized keyed button on each side that works with gloves on. Finished in matte black powder coat, sealed with the MicroSeal gasket, and it ships with the clamps, rail pads and hardware to fit it without drilling.

Patented RigidCore Foam-Filled Lid The lid is filled with a solid foam core instead of being left a hollow shell. It resists bending and warping, which is what keeps a lid this wide lining up with its latches years later, and it self-opens to 90 degrees and holds there so you can work with both hands.
QuickStrike Push Button, Keyed Alike Both Sides An oversized, weather-resistant push button on each side, keyed alike so one key does both. It is sized to be used with gloves on, which is the entire point in February. Two keys are included.
One-Piece 0.058" Aluminum Tub Extra-thick aluminum formed from a single sheet, with no welded seam along the floor for water to work into, and no steel to rust when a dropped tool chips the finish.
MicroSeal Gasket and Interior Rod Enclosure The MicroSeal gasket seals the lid all the way round against rain, spray and dust. Inside, the latch rod runs in an enclosure that protects it from being bent or jammed by shifting cargo, which is a common way for a crossover box to stop locking.
Clamps On Without Drilling The box ships with rail pads, clamps, washers and nuts, so it fits to the bed rails without a single hole drilled in the truck. The pads also keep the aluminum box from sitting directly on the bed rail.

Set the rail pads on the bed rails, lower the box on with a hand at each end, then draw the clamps up underneath the rail and torque them evenly so the box sits flat and the lid lines up with both latches. Nothing needs drilling. Check the lid clears the back window when it is fully open before you tighten everything down. UWS is explicit that a tool box is not a place for flammables or hazardous material, so no fuel cans, solvents, propane or cutting torches. Never load past the vehicle manufacturer's rated capacity.

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
