Features

One-Hand Twist-and-Lift Latch
The Secure Rotary Latch System sits at the tailgate. A twist of the handle and a lift releases the rear panel with one hand. Drop the cover back onto the rails and it latches itself, with no second catch to fasten.

The Endure ALX drops onto the rails that come in the box and four clamps hold it there, all worked with basic hand tools. Nothing on the truck is cut or drilled. Extang grades it Level 1, its simplest, with the whole job inside an hour. Before you drive, check that all four clamps are tight and the cover is lying completely flat.

Extang's warranty stops the moment the cover is mishandled: driving with the panels folded but not buckled voids it, as does opening them before snow or ice is cleared off the top or towing the truck from its rear end. Accident damage, misuse, poor installation, modification and normal wear sit outside it too. What is covered is five years from the purchase date against defective materials or workmanship on the aluminum parts, bows, clamps, rails and hardware, for the original buyer with a dated receipt or registration on file. Claims start with a return authorization number from Extang customer service, with shipping back to Extang at your expense.
