Features

Clamps That Need No Tools
Two clamp types hold the cover down on the bed rails. The Jaw-Grip pair at the front is what you open to take the cover off, no tools involved. The EZ-Lock pair at the rear is what you open to fold it.

One Inch EnduraShield Panels
Each panel measures 1 inch thick and is built from EnduraShield TPO composite, which Extang rates to resist impacts, abrasion and UV exposure. The panels drop into an aircraft-grade aluminum frame wearing a textured black EnduraCoat finish.

Fold Forward or Lift Off
Popping the rear clamps is what gets you into the bed. The panels then flip forward against the cab in a stack, which two buckle straps hold down while you drive. For the whole bed, release the front clamps and lift the cover away.

Triple-Fin Perimeter Seals
Snap-on triple-fin seals run the perimeter while hard polymer caps cover the corners and hinge joints. The L-Channel presses flat against the toolbox. Extang rates the result as weather resistant, so it sheds rain and road grit rather than sealing the bed airtight.

Room for a Crossover Toolbox
Extang builds this cover shorter than the bed, leaving room ahead of it for most 18 to 20 inch crossover toolboxes. The patented clamp-on L-Channel is what closes the space the shorter cover leaves, sealing against the box so the bed stays covered.

No-Drill Install, Michigan Assembly

Set the cover on the bed rails behind your toolbox and close the Jaw-Grip front clamps. Unfold the panels toward the tailgate and lock the EZ-Lock rear clamps. Warranty. Extang covers the Solid Fold Toolbox 2.0 for three years against defects in materials or workmanship on the rails, aluminum parts, clamps, bows and hardware. Cover starts on the purchase date for the original buyer, and Extang asks for warranty registration or a dated detailed receipt. Claims run through Extang's customer service department, which issues a return authorization before anything ships back at the customer's expense, after which Extang repairs or replaces the part at its option. Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation or removal, modifications or normal wear falls outside it, as does cargo resting on the panels, driving folded without both buckles fastened, opening the panels with snow or ice on top and towing the truck from the rear.
