Keep your toolbox, cover the bed

The cover starts right behind an over-the-rail toolbox of 19" to 21", so the toolbox stays on the truck and the rest of the bed is covered. A header bar with its own seals closes the gap at the toolbox wall.

Latches as the cover closes

Press the rear bar down and the AutoLatch II latches catch under the side rails on their own. One pull of the cord from either side releases both.

Seals at the toolbox and corners

Added seals at the front and rear of the toolbox and in the rear bed corners work with the side-rail foam to keep out most rain and dust.

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Is the cover waterproof?

No soft roll-up cover makes a bed watertight. Seals on all four sides keep out most rain and dust, but Agri-Cover notes that some moisture and dust can still get in, so wrap cargo that must stay dry and seal any factory holes or stake pockets in the bed.

Is the toolbox included?

No. The toolbox is sold separately; this cover is designed to install behind an over-the-rail toolbox of 19" to 21" that you already own or buy on its own.

Which toolboxes does it work with?

It fits most 19" to 21" over-the-rail toolboxes. The lowest point of the toolbox handle must be at least 1" above the bed caps, and some low-profile toolboxes may be restricted by the cover.

Does the cover lock?

The AutoLatch II latches engage every time you close the cover, and the release cord is reached with the tailgate open. With the tailgate locked, the bed is closed to casual access, but never leave valuables in an unattended truck.

How do I adjust the tension?

Turn the XT-Dial adjusters by hand, the same amount on each side, with no tools. A well-tensioned cover sounds like a drum when tapped, runs quieter and is less likely to hold standing water.

Will my tailgate still work?

Yes. The tailgate opens and closes normally with the cover rolled forward against the toolbox or latched closed over the bed.
