Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Match your PowerStep kit's part number to the kits listed on this page, and pick the motor style that matches the motors on your boards. If you do not know the kit number, contact us with the vehicle and a photo of the controller and motor connectors.
They use different motors and connectors. The earlier style is the CRH motor; the newer style is the current motor. A harness only fits the motor style it is built for, so check the plug on your motors before ordering.
No, not unless this listing names them. Buyers have been caught out expecting an OBD-II plug in the box. If your module or controller is also damaged, order it separately.
If you are comfortable with vehicle wiring, yes. Fitting follows the installation guide for your original PowerStep kit. Otherwise, a shop that has installed PowerStep boards before is the safer choice.
Only order the harness if your kit is listed. If it is not, contact us with the kit number before ordering so we can check.
AMP Research does not publish a warranty term for replacement harnesses on its product pages. Contact us with your kit number if you need coverage details before ordering.
