Pulling a carrier bearing normally means getting a puller under the seating face of the bearing cone, and on a differential that is either awkward or impossible without marking something you did not want to mark. ARB built this tool to work the other way around: three split collars clamp the bearing from outside, and the center screw does the pulling, so nothing has to reach under the cone.
That matters most on an Air Locker install, because the carrier bearing sits right next to the seal surface the locker depends on. Scoring that face during a bearing pull is a mistake you find out about later as a slow air leak. The kit covers most automotive differentials, works with ARB Air Locker centers and OE centers alike, and comes in a case with its own powder coated parts tray so the collars are still together next time.
What's Included:
- Bearing puller body with center screw and thrust bearing
- Three split bearing cups covering a range of bearing sizes
- Adapter shaft
- Durable carry case with a powder coated parts tray
Features
Pulls From Outside The Cone
Clamps the bearing with a split collar instead of reaching under the seating face, which is what makes it usable where a conventional puller will not go.
Protects The Air Locker Seal Face
Lower risk of damaging the carrier bearing and, more importantly, the seal surface an Air Locker relies on to hold air.
Three Bearing Cups
Three different collar sizes cover a wide range of carrier and pinion bearings across most automotive differentials.
Works On OE Centers Too
Suits most models of ARB Air Locker and most OEM differential centers, so it is not a single purpose tool.
Stays A Set
Supplied in a durable carry case with a dedicated powder coated parts tray, so the collars and the shaft are still together the next time you need them.

Fit guidance: This is a tool, not a vehicle part. The fitment question is bearing size, not truck. Three collar sizes cover most common carrier and pinion bearings; check your bearing outside diameter against the collars if you are working on something unusual.

About ARB
ARB started in 1975 in a Melbourne garage, when Tony Brown began building bull bars for the four-wheel drives crossing Australia's outback, and the company has grown into the largest 4x4 accessories maker in the southern hemisphere. Its engineering campus in Kilsyth, Victoria still designs and builds the products the brand is known for, and ARB now runs offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East with an export network reaching more than 100 countries.
The Air Locker is the product that made ARB's name in North America, and the brand supports it the way a driveline component has to be supported: with the setup tools, service parts and spares that let a workshop or a competent mechanic do the job properly instead of improvising. In North America ARB operates from Auburn, Washington as Air Locker Inc., backing every product with a US warranty program. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every part we ship is a genuine US-market unit with full ARB North America warranty coverage.
