The Intensity V2 is ARB's flagship round driving light, and the AR21FV2 is the 7" flood version: 21 high-output OSRAM LEDs behind a patented lens and reflector package, throwing 13,170 raw lumens and 9,100 effective lumens in a 7.5 degree flood pattern that reaches 555 m (1,821 ft) at 1 lux.
Flood is the beam you want filling the space either side of your headlights, lighting up the verges where animals step out, rather than punching a narrow hole a long way down the road. Run a pair on their own, or pair a flood with an AR32SV2 spot so you get width and distance from the same switch. The body is high-pressure cast aluminum with a Gore-Tex breather, pressure-tested seals and an IP68 rating, and ARB backs it for 3 years.
What's Included:
One AR21FV2 Intensity V2 7" flood driving light
Stainless steel mounting bracket and hardware
Hard-coated polycarbonate protective cover
450 mm fly lead with a Deutsch DTP connector
Features
21 OSRAM LEDs, 9,100 Effective Lumens ARB publishes both numbers honestly: 13,170 raw lumens from the diodes, 9,100 effective lumens out the front after the optics. The flood beam reaches 555 m (1,821 ft) at 1 lux.
A Flood Beam That Fills The Edges The 7.5 degree flood spreads light across the verges and corners rather than concentrating it down the center, which is where the hazards actually are on a dirt road at night.
Cast Aluminum And Sealed To IP68 High-pressure cast aluminum body with pressure-tested seals and a Gore-Tex breather that equalizes pressure without letting water in. IP68 means dust-tight and submersible.
Built To Survive Corrugations ARB rates the Intensity V2 to MIL-STD-810G for vibration, which is the specification that matters on a bull bar over 100 miles of washboard.
Daylight Color Temperature 5700K output is close enough to natural daylight to keep colors readable and reduce the eye strain that comes from staring into a blue-white beam for hours.
Reverse Polarity Protected The internal driver survives a wiring mistake, and the 50,000 hour LED life means the light should outlast several sets of tires.
Fitment & Compatibility
Application
Fit
Any bull bar, bumper light tab or roof rack with a 12 mm mounting hole
✓ Fits
ARB wiring loom 3500480
● Required, sold separately
ARB Intensity V2 AR09 series covers (AR32 size)
✗ Does not fit, use the AR10 series
AR10SB / AR10TA / AR10TC protective covers
✓ Fits, sold separately
Fit guidance: The AR21FV2 is a universal-mount driving light rather than a vehicle-specific part: if you have a 12 mm hole and 10 V to 36 V, it fits. ARB specifies its own loom (part 3500480) for this light because of the current draw. Check your local rules on auxiliary driving lights before fitting.

Installation
Type: Bolt-on to a bull bar light tab, pan or roof rack, plus a wiring loom · Time: 1-2 hours per pair with the ARB loom · Tools: Socket set, crimper, cable ties; basic 12 V wiring competence · Difficulty: Moderate
The light itself is a single 12 mm bolt through a light tab. The work is the wiring: these draw enough current that ARB specifies its own loom rather than a generic harness. Aim the beam on a dark road, not in the driveway.

About ARB
ARB began in 1975 when Tony Brown came back from a Cape York trip convinced that the gear sold for Australian four wheel drives was not tough enough, and started hand building roof racks and bull bars in his Melbourne driveway. Fifty years on, ARB is the largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories in the southern hemisphere, with an engineering campus at Kilsyth in Victoria, offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and an export network reaching more than 100 countries. Its driving lights are developed in that same engineering culture, tested against the corrugations, dust and water crossings that break lesser gear.
In North America ARB trades as Air Locker Inc. from Auburn, Washington, and backs its products with a US warranty program administered there. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every light, loom and bracket we ship is genuine US market stock with full ARB North America warranty support behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Should I buy the flood or the spot?
Flood if you already have decent distance from your headlights and want to see the sides of the road, spot if you want to see a long way down it. The most common answer is one of each: an AR21FV2 flood beside an AR32SV2 spot gives width and reach off one switch. If you only run one pair and do most of your night driving on twisty dirt, flood is the better single choice.
Do I need the ARB loom, or will a generic harness work?
ARB specifies loom 3500480 for the Intensity V2 round lights and we would not fight that. At 7.3 A per light the wire gauge, relay rating and connector sealing all matter, and the ARB loom is built with the correct Deutsch DTP plugs so there is nothing to splice at the light end.
Will this fit my bull bar?
If it has a 12 mm mounting hole on a light tab or pan, yes. It is not a vehicle-specific part. The bracket is a stainless steel single-bolt design, so the practical questions are whether you have the clearance for a 7" light and whether the tab is strong enough, which any ARB or quality aftermarket bar will be.
Is 9,100 lumens a real number?
It is the effective figure, which is the honest one. Raw lumens measure what the diodes produce before the optics; effective lumens measure what actually leaves the light. ARB publishes both (13,170 raw, 9,100 effective) rather than quoting only the bigger number, which is why its figures look lower than some competitors quoting raw output alone.
How well is it sealed?
IP68, which means dust-tight and able to survive immersion. The body is high-pressure cast aluminum and the Gore-Tex breather lets the light equalize pressure as it heats and cools without drawing water in, which is the failure mode that kills cheap sealed lights after a few river crossings.
What is the warranty?
3 years, which is the term ARB publishes for this part. It is administered in North America by ARB out of Auburn, Washington, and honored through authorized dealers. Keep your invoice and register the product with ARB after purchase.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
