The AR32FV2 is the big one: a 9" Intensity V2 with 32 high-output OSRAM LEDs producing 20,000 raw lumens and 13,680 effective lumens in a 7.5 degree flood, reaching 677 m (2,221 ft) at 1 lux.
Stepping up from the 7" AR21 buys you roughly 50% more effective light and another 120 m of usable reach for the same beam shape. That is the difference between seeing the verge and seeing what is standing on it. Same high-pressure cast aluminum body, same Gore-Tex breather and pressure-tested seals, same IP68 rating and MIL-STD-810G vibration qualification, and the same 3-year ARB warranty.
What's Included:
One AR32FV2 Intensity V2 9" flood driving light
Stainless steel mounting bracket and hardware
Hard-coated polycarbonate protective cover
450 mm fly lead with a Deutsch DTP connector
Features
32 OSRAM LEDs, 13,680 Effective Lumens 20,000 raw lumens from the diodes and 13,680 effective lumens out the front, reaching 677 m (2,221 ft) at 1 lux. Roughly half again the usable output of the 7" AR21 flood.
9 Inch Flood Coverage The larger reflector spreads the same 7.5 degree flood pattern with more energy behind it, so the lit area is both wider and brighter rather than simply reaching further.
Cast Aluminum And Sealed To IP68 High-pressure cast aluminum housing with pressure-tested seals and a Gore-Tex breather that equalizes pressure without admitting water. Dust-tight and submersible.
MIL-STD-810G Vibration Rated ARB qualifies the Intensity V2 against the military vibration standard, which is the number that matters when a 6.8 lb light is bolted to a bull bar on corrugations.
Daylight Color Temperature 5700K keeps colors readable and reduces the eye fatigue that comes from hours behind a harsh blue-white beam.
Reverse Polarity Protected Internal driver protection survives a wiring error, and ARB rates the LEDs at 50,000 hours of service life.
Fitment & Compatibility
Application
Fit
Any bull bar, bumper light tab or roof rack with a 12 mm mounting hole
✓ Fits
ARB wiring loom 3500480
● Required, sold separately
AR09 / AR09SB / AR09TA protective covers
✓ Fits, sold separately
AR10 series covers (AR21 size)
✗ Does not fit
Fit guidance: Universal-mount rather than vehicle-specific: a 12 mm hole and a 10 V to 36 V supply is the whole requirement. At 9" across and 6.8 lb it needs a light tab with some substance behind it. ARB specifies loom 3500480 for this light. Check your local rules on auxiliary driving lights before fitting.

Installation
Type: Bolt-on to a bull bar light tab, pan or roof rack, plus a wiring loom · Time: 1-2 hours per pair with the ARB loom · Tools: Socket set, crimper, cable ties; basic 12 V wiring competence · Difficulty: Moderate
The light itself is a single 12 mm bolt through a light tab. The work is the wiring: these draw enough current that ARB specifies its own loom rather than a generic harness. Aim the beam on a dark road, not in the driveway.

Warranty. ARB covers the AR32FV2 with a 3-year warranty, the term ARB publishes for this part. In North America it is administered by ARB (Air Locker Inc., Auburn, WA) and honored through authorized dealers like us. We describe ARB's warranty exactly as ARB publishes it and do not extend or restate its terms.

About ARB
ARB began in 1975 when Tony Brown came back from a Cape York trip convinced that the gear sold for Australian four wheel drives was not tough enough, and started hand building roof racks and bull bars in his Melbourne driveway. Fifty years on, ARB is the largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories in the southern hemisphere, with an engineering campus at Kilsyth in Victoria, offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and an export network reaching more than 100 countries. Its driving lights are developed in that same engineering culture, tested against the corrugations, dust and water crossings that break lesser gear.
In North America ARB trades as Air Locker Inc. from Auburn, Washington, and backs its products with a US warranty program administered there. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every light, loom and bracket we ship is genuine US market stock with full ARB North America warranty support behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Is the 9" worth the jump from the 7"?
On paper it is 13,680 effective lumens against 9,100, and 677 m of reach against 555 m, for the same beam shape. In practice the extra reflector area gives you a noticeably brighter lit area rather than just a longer one. If your bar has the room and your budget allows, the 9" is the better light; if clearance or weight is tight, the AR21 is not a compromise you will regret.
Flood or spot for this size?
The AR32FV2 flood and AR32SV2 spot use the same housing and the same 20,000 raw lumens, but distribute it differently: the flood gives 13,680 effective lumens over 7.5 degrees to 677 m, the spot concentrates 7,452 effective lumens into 6 degrees and reaches 795 m. Running one of each per side is the classic setup.
What current does a pair draw?
11.5 A each at 14.4 V, so 23 A for a pair. That is a real load, which is why ARB specifies its own loom (3500480) with the correct relay and wire gauge rather than leaving you to size a harness yourself.
Will it survive corrugations?
ARB qualifies the Intensity V2 to MIL-STD-810G for vibration. The housing is high-pressure cast aluminum and the whole assembly is pressure-tested and IP68 sealed with a Gore-Tex breather, which is the part that stops water being drawn in as the light heats and cools.
Do I need a cover?
Not strictly, but a stone through a 9" lens is an expensive lesson. ARB sells AR09 clear, AR09TA amber and AR09SB solid black covers for this size. Clear preserves output, amber cuts through dust and fog, black is purely cosmetic and blocks light entirely.
What is the warranty?
3 years, which is the term ARB publishes for this part. It is administered in North America by ARB out of Auburn, Washington, and honored through authorized dealers. Keep your invoice and register with ARB after purchase.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
