The AR32SV2 is the distance light in the Intensity V2 range: the same 9" cast aluminum housing and 32 OSRAM LEDs as the flood, but with ARB's HyperSpot optics concentrating the output into a 6 degree beam that reaches 795 m (2,608 ft) at 1 lux.
That is the beam you want when you are covering ground at speed and need to see far enough ahead to actually react. It is deliberately narrow, which is why most people run a spot on one side and a flood on the other, or a pair of spots alongside a pair of floods. Sealed to IP68, qualified to MIL-STD-810G for vibration, and covered by ARB's 3-year warranty.
What's Included:
One AR32SV2 Intensity V2 9" spot driving light
Stainless steel mounting bracket and hardware
Hard-coated polycarbonate protective cover
450 mm fly lead with a Deutsch DTP connector
Features
795 m Of Usable Reach The 6 degree HyperSpot beam pushes 1 lux out to 795 m (2,608 ft), which is far enough to give you real reaction time at touring speed on an open dirt road.
32 OSRAM LEDs Behind Spot Optics 20,000 raw lumens and 7,452 effective lumens. The effective figure is lower than the flood version because a spot deliberately concentrates output into a narrow cone rather than spreading it.
Designed To Pair With A Flood Run this alongside an AR32FV2 and you get distance and width from the same switch. A spot on its own lights a corridor; paired with a flood it lights the road.
Cast Aluminum And Sealed To IP68 High-pressure cast aluminum housing, pressure-tested seals and a Gore-Tex breather that equalizes pressure without letting water in.
MIL-STD-810G Vibration Rated Qualified against the military vibration standard, which is what a 6.8 lb light bolted to a bull bar actually needs.
Daylight Color Temperature 5700K output keeps color rendering natural at long range, where a blue-heavy beam washes detail out.
Fitment & Compatibility
Application
Fit
Any bull bar, bumper light tab or roof rack with a 12 mm mounting hole
✓ Fits
ARB wiring loom 3500480
● Required, sold separately
AR09 / AR09SB / AR09TA protective covers
✓ Fits, sold separately
AR10 series covers (AR21 size)
✗ Does not fit
Fit guidance: Universal-mount rather than vehicle-specific. A spot beam this narrow rewards careful aiming: set it on a dark straight road, not against a garage wall. ARB specifies loom 3500480 for this light. Check your local rules on auxiliary driving lights before fitting.

Installation
Type: Bolt-on to a bull bar light tab, pan or roof rack, plus a wiring loom · Time: 1-2 hours per pair with the ARB loom · Tools: Socket set, crimper, cable ties; basic 12 V wiring competence · Difficulty: Moderate
The light itself is a single 12 mm bolt through a light tab. The work is the wiring: these draw enough current that ARB specifies its own loom rather than a generic harness. Aim the beam on a dark road, not in the driveway.

About ARB
ARB began in 1975 when Tony Brown came back from a Cape York trip convinced that the gear sold for Australian four wheel drives was not tough enough, and started hand building roof racks and bull bars in his Melbourne driveway. Fifty years on, ARB is the largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories in the southern hemisphere, with an engineering campus at Kilsyth in Victoria, offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and an export network reaching more than 100 countries. Its driving lights are developed in that same engineering culture, tested against the corrugations, dust and water crossings that break lesser gear.
In North America ARB trades as Air Locker Inc. from Auburn, Washington, and backs its products with a US warranty program administered there. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every light, loom and bracket we ship is genuine US market stock with full ARB North America warranty support behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Why are the effective lumens lower than the flood version?
Because a spot concentrates light instead of spreading it. Both lights start from the same 20,000 raw lumens; the flood delivers 13,680 effective lumens across a wide area while the spot delivers 7,452 into a 6 degree cone. The spot is not a dimmer light, it is a narrower one, and that is why it reaches 795 m against the flood's 677 m.
Can I run just a pair of spots?
You can, and plenty of people do for open desert running. The tradeoff is that you will see a long way straight ahead and comparatively little to the sides, which gets uncomfortable on winding tracks. Most touring setups mix a spot and a flood per side.
How do I aim it?
On a dark, level, straight road with the vehicle loaded the way you normally drive it. Aim so the hot spot sits well down the road rather than on the horizon, then check for glare bouncing back off your own hood. A 6 degree beam is unforgiving of a lazy setup.
Does it need the ARB loom?
Yes, ARB specifies loom 3500480. At 11.5 A per light a pair pulls 23 A, and the loom supplies the correct relay, fusing and Deutsch DTP plugs so nothing needs splicing at the light.
Is it sealed well enough for water crossings?
IP68 means dust-tight and rated for immersion. The Gore-Tex breather is the important detail: it equalizes internal pressure as the light heats and cools, which stops the vacuum that pulls water past seals on cheaper lights.
What is the warranty?
3 years, which is the term ARB publishes for this part. Administered in North America by ARB out of Auburn, Washington, and honored through authorized dealers. Keep your invoice and register with ARB after purchase.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
