Description & Fitment
ARB's BASE Rack Recovery Kit gathers the roof mounts for a farm jack and recovery boards in one box. It contains a standard farm jack holder, a recovery board mounting bracket with quick release recovery board pins and TRED quick release mounting pins, and a set of four eye bolt tie-down points rated at 440 lb each. The pins secure board stacks from 0.8" to 1.34" for two TRED GT, HD or Pro boards, and the board mount takes a padlock. The jack, the boards and the BASE Rack itself are not included.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check before you buy: you have an ARB BASE Rack fitted. The items are also sold on their own: 1780290 jack holder, 1780310 board bracket.
Not for: factory crossbars or racks without ARB's dovetail channel.

Will this fit my factory crossbars or another brand of rack?
No. It is built for the dovetail channel of an ARB BASE Rack, so the BASE Rack platform must already be on the vehicle.
Can I move it to a different spot on the rack later?
Yes. Loosen the clamp hardware, slide it along the dovetail channel to the new position and tighten it back to the torque in ARB's instructions.
Do I need anything else to carry a farm jack and boards?
The jack and the recovery boards are not included. The kit supplies the jack holder, board bracket, pins and four tie-down points.
What warranty applies?

ARB covers this BASE Rack accessory for 3 years with unlimited miles.- ARB's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period, which starts on the date you bought the product from an authorized ARB retailer (the date on your receipt).
- For a covered defect, ARB will repair or replace the faulty item at its own cost, or refund what you paid for it. ARB decides which.
- Fit and use the product the way ARB's product information (instructions, safety notes, labels and packaging) directs, for the job it was designed for, and within vehicle safety and compliance laws.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear; incorrect fitting; misuse, negligent use or overloading; poor or missing repair and maintenance; alteration, abuse, acts of nature, vandalism, collision, road hazards or adverse conditions; racing, rallying, hill climbs, speed trials or other competitive events, formal or informal; use in underground mining or other highly corrosive settings.
- Commercial use (for example hire vehicles or mining) carries ARB's commercial term of 3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, with the same 1-year or 25,000-mile limit on the wear items ARB lists.
- Claims: contact us first and keep your purchase receipt. ARB accepts no claim without proof of purchase and asks that a fitted product stay on the vehicle until the claim has been reviewed.

Inspect on delivery
Unpack the box when it arrives and check every bracket, clamp and fastener against the parts list in ARB's fitting instructions. Look over the powder coat and any straps or pins for transit damage before you fit anything to the rack. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
