The Intensity Solis is the driving light in ARB's range with a brightness control, and that turns out to matter more than it sounds. A digital touchpad gives you five preset brightness levels, so you can wind the output down when you are crawling through dust or reflective scrub and wind it back up when the road opens out, instead of choosing between blinding yourself and switching the lights off.
The SJB36F is the 9" Solis 36 in flood configuration: 36 LEDs drawing 165 W and reaching 729 m (2,392 ft) at 1 lux. ARB gave the Solis a deliberately squat body, which sits better on a bull bar pan and lowers the center of gravity so the light oscillates less over corrugations. Sealed to IP68 and covered by ARB's 3-year warranty.
What's Included:
One Intensity Solis 36 flood driving light
Mounting bracket and hardware
Security Torx hardware
Features
Five-Level Touchpad Dimming The digital touchpad lets you select from five preset brightness levels on the move. Reduce glare in dust or reflective conditions, then unleash full power when the road clears. This is the Solis feature people actually buy it for.
36 LEDs, 8,333 Effective Lumens 18,178 raw lumens at the diodes and 8,333 effective lumens out the front, reaching 729 m (2,392 ft) at 1 lux in flood configuration.
Squat Body For Bar Mounting ARB shaped the Solis lower and wider than a conventional round driving light. That suits bull bar pan mounting, lowers the center of gravity and reduces the oscillation that stresses both light and bar over washboard.
Die-Cast Aluminum And IP68 High-pressure die-cast aluminum body and mount, sealed to IP68 against dust and water, with a UV-stable molded polycarbonate lens cover over the optics.
Built-In Digital Driver The LED driver control is inside the light rather than in a separate box on the loom, which is one less thing to find a dry home for during the install.
Refined Color Temperature 5700K, tuned to reduce the eye strain that comes from hours behind a cold blue-white beam, and close enough to daylight to keep colors readable at distance.

Intensity Solis 21 lens covers
✗ Does not fit
Fit guidance: A universal-mount driving light rather than a vehicle-specific part. The dimmer function comes from the SJBHARN loom with its touchpad, so budget for that unless you already have one or intend to run the lights through ARB LINX. Check your local rules on auxiliary driving lights before fitting.

About ARB
ARB began in 1975 when Tony Brown came back from a Cape York trip convinced that the gear sold for Australian four wheel drives was not tough enough, and started hand building roof racks and bull bars in his Melbourne driveway. Fifty years on, ARB is the largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories in the southern hemisphere, with an engineering campus at Kilsyth in Victoria, offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, and an export network reaching more than 100 countries. Its driving lights are developed in that same engineering culture, tested against the corrugations, dust and water crossings that break lesser gear.
In North America ARB trades as Air Locker Inc. from Auburn, Washington, and backs its products with a US warranty program administered there. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB dealer. Every light, loom and bracket we ship is genuine US market stock with full ARB North America warranty support behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
What does the dimming actually do for me?
It lets you keep the lights on in conditions where you would otherwise switch them off. Dust, fog, a reflective rock wall a few feet from the track: at full output all of those throw glare straight back at you. Winding the Solis down to a lower preset keeps useful light on the road without the wash-back. Five preset levels, selected from a touchpad.
Do I have to buy the loom separately?
Yes, and you need it for the dimming to work. The SJBHARN loom includes the touchpad dimmer that gives the Solis its defining feature. Alternatively, if you run an ARB LINX accessory interface, the SJBLINX patch lead connects the Solis to it and gives you dimming, fade rates and preset lighting modes through LINX instead.
Should I get the flood or the spot?
The flood spreads light wide and close, covering the verges and the inside of corners where hazards actually appear. The spot concentrates it into a narrow cone for distance. Most people run one of each per side rather than choosing.
Can I run four of them?
Yes, but you need the SJBCABY splitter cable to do it while keeping grouped dimming from one touchpad. ARB is explicit that the splitter is the only way to connect three or four Solis lights and retain proper dimming control across all of them without overloading the circuit.
Why is the body that shape?
ARB calls it the squatting design and it is deliberate. A lower, wider body sits better on a bull bar pan and puts the center of gravity closer to the mounting point, which means less oscillation over corrugations and less stress fed into both the light and the bar.
What is the warranty?
3 years, which is the term ARB publishes for this part. Administered in North America by ARB out of Auburn, Washington, and honored through authorized dealers like us.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
