Which harness do I need?

RTL bars ship without wiring. Baja Designs offers an automotive RTL harness, plus a turn signal jumper for the RTL-S and a license plate harness for the RTL-M; the description names the right one.

Does it work as a turn signal?

Only the RTL-S includes amber turn signal sections. Other RTL models provide running, brake and cargo functions.

Can I use it on public roads?
