X4TS At SEMA

A show-floor look at the Revolver X4TS with its integrated T-slot rails, the rack-ready roll-up that carries gear on top while sealing the bed underneath. Because it is filmed at SEMA with accessories already mounted, it is the clearest look at what the T-slot channel is actually for: hardware slides in anywhere along the rail and clamps down, rather than bolting to fixed points.

X4TS Install On A Ram 1500

Installing the Revolver X4TS on a Ram 1500, including seating the T-slot rails and setting the roll, in about ten minutes. Useful for seeing how the rack-ready rails mount without drilling, and where they sit relative to the bed rail cap before you order crossbars.

X4TS Install On A Toyota Tundra

The Revolver X4TS install shown on a 2022 Toyota Tundra, another angle on seating the T-slot rails and the clamp-on setup, filmed across more than fifteen minutes. A good reference for how the cover and its rails go onto a Toyota bed rail profile, which differs from the domestic trucks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

How do I know which rail kit fits my cover?

Use the vehicle selector on this page. The rails are cut to the length of a specific Revolver X4 TS cover, so picking your truck and bed routes you to the matched pair for that cover. If you still have the cover's part number, match that instead; it is the most reliable identifier.

What exactly comes in the kit?

Two rails, driver and passenger, plus the clamp hardware and install instructions. The roll-up cover is not included. If you need the complete cover, buy the BAK Revolver X4 TS, which ships with its rails already fitted.

Why would I buy rails on their own?

Two reasons come up most. A rail got damaged, usually by a low garage roof, a ladder, or a shifted load, and the cover is otherwise fine. Or an X4 TS changed hands without its rails. Either way the rails are the part that carries the T-slot channels, so replacing them restores the rack capability rather than the cover.

What can I mount on the T-slot rails, and how much weight?

The channels take standard T-slot rack hardware: crossbars, bike and kayak carriers, cargo baskets, ladder racks, and roof-top tents, all sold separately. The load limit is set by your rack or accessory maker rather than by the rails, so follow their rating and distribute weight evenly along both sides.

Do the rails require drilling?

No. Like the cover, the rails clamp to your factory bed rails with the included hardware, so nothing is cut or drilled. Follow the BAK Revolver install sheet for clamp placement, and torque everything fully before you load rack hardware into the channels.

Will these rails work on a Revolver X4s or X2?

No. The X4s and X2 use plain side rails with no T-slot channel, and their rail geometry is not interchangeable with the X4 TS. These kits are for the X4 TS only. If you want to add rack capability to a truck that does not have it, the complete Revolver X4 TS cover is the route rather than a rail swap.
