BAK Revolver X4 TS Rack Rail Kits put new side rails under a Revolver X4ts tonneau cover. They are for X4ts owners replacing rails, and the rails are vehicle specific, so the set must match the truck and bed length. Each set is sold as a pair, fully assembled with the inner and outer rails, mounting plate, spring actuators and locking levers, plus spacer and angle shims where the truck needs them. Clamps are not included, and BAK lists a 30-day warranty on these rail sets.

How do I find the right rail set?

Is there a rail set for my X4s, X2 or BAKFlip?
BAK lists rail sets for those covers too, as separate parts. This listing covers the Revolver X4ts rails only.
Does the set include clamps?
No. BAK lists clamps as not included (sold separately). BAK's rail sheet installs the new rails with clamps at the front, middle and rear of each rail.
How do I make sure I order the right rails?
Each rail set is made for one truck and bed, so check the part number and your bed before you order, or send us your VIN and the part number on your current cover and we will confirm.
Do I have to take the cover off to replace the rails?
Yes. BAK's rail sheet starts with the cover off the truck and the old rails removed, then the new rails clamp on and the cover goes back on and is squared up.
Are X4ts rails the same as X4s rails?
No. BAK lists separate rail sets for the X4ts (with the T-slot) and the X4s, at the same truck and bed. Order the set that matches your cover.
