Description & Fitment
Replace the side rails of a Revolver X4ts on the 2021-2027 Ford F-150, 2022-2025 Ford F-150 Lightning and 2021-2027 Ford F-150 Raptor, 5'7" bed with this BAK rail set. On the 2015-2020 Ford F-150, the same bed takes X4ts rail set RAILS-80329RK instead. Each rail carries the X4ts T-slot for racks and cargo accessories, which is why X4s rails are a different part. No drilling is involved; the rails clamp to the bed walls and BAK's sheet sets each clamp at 10 ft-lb.

Check your bed: measure along the bed rail from the bulkhead to the inside of the closed tailgate. This part is for the 5'7" bed on the 2021-2027 Ford F-150, 2022-2025 Ford F-150 Lightning and 2021-2027 Ford F-150 Raptor; BAK lists the bed by that label and publishes no inch figure.

Yes. BAK's rail sheet starts with the cover off the truck and the old rails removed, then the new rails clamp on and the cover goes back on and is squared up.
Are X4ts rails the same as X4s rails?
No. BAK lists separate rail sets for the X4ts (with the T-slot) and the X4s, at the same truck and bed. Order the set that matches your cover.
Installation
Here's the short version. BAK's rail sheet (below) starts with the cover off the truck and the old rails removed.
- Take the cover off. BAK's sheet starts with the cover off the truck and the current rails removed.
- Set the new rail. Place the new passenger rail on the bed rail with the slotted bracket pushed all the way to the cab and the bulkhead.
- Clamp it. First clamp about 6" to 9" back from the front, the strap clamp as far forward as possible, the second clamp near the middle (two on 8' beds) and the third about 12" from the tailgate. Hand-tighten them all, then torque every clamp to 10 ft-lb with a 9/16" socket while pressing the rail down. Repeat on the driver side.
- Set the cover on the rails. Rest the rolled cover on the rails at the cab, roll it toward the tailgate and throw away the packaging. Fold the front panel back, drop the two mounting bolts on each side into the slotted brackets, then fit the rubber washer, large flat washer and lock knob underneath, loosely for now.
- Square it up. Roll the cover open and closed a few times so it runs freely. Line up the front vinyl edge with the front of the rails (not the rubber seal) and keep a gap of about 1/8" (3.2 mm) on each side. Both slam latches must meet the locking levers squarely at the tailgate.
- Lock it in. Roll the cover open without knocking it out of line and tighten the knobs by hand only. Close it and check the locking levers hold it down on both sides. Hook both straps whenever you drive with the cover rolled open.
