Description & Fitment
This is a replacement set of two BAK T-slot rails for a Revolver X4ts on the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra with the 6'7" bed. It suits Tundra owners who need new rails for that cover. Inner rails, outer rails, mounting plate, spring actuators and locking levers come fully assembled, with shims where needed. On this truck the rails fasten into the existing bed holes with S clamps and no drilling, and the clamps are sold separately.

Yes. BAK's rail sheet starts with the cover off the truck and the old rails removed, then the new rails clamp on and the cover goes back on and is squared up.
Are X4ts rails the same as X4s rails?
No. BAK lists separate rail sets for the X4ts (with the T-slot) and the X4s, at the same truck and bed. Order the set that matches your cover.
Installation
- T-30 Torx socket
- Drill or socket wrench
- 1/8" Allen wrench
Here's the short version of swapping rails on an existing Revolver, from the first steps of BAK's sheet for this truck. Keep the S clamps, screws and cargo rails you remove; they go back on.
- Take the cover off. Open the cover, remove the knobs and washers under the slotted brackets (keep them) and lift the cover off with its mounting bolts.
- Remove the old rails. Take off the cargo rails with their strap clamp assemblies and screws, then the old cover rails with their S clamps, and keep all of it.
- Fit the end caps. Put one end cap on the cab end of each new cover rail and tighten its set screw with a 1/8" Allen wrench.
- Fasten the rails into the bed holes. Slide the S clamps into the rail slot to match the truck-bed hole locations and fasten the rail into those holes, pushed tight against the front cargo rail and clear of the tailgate.
- Cargo rail or strap. With a cargo rail, refit it and its strap clamp assembly through the lower hole of the S clamps at 7.5 Nm (6 ft-lb). Without one, fasten just the strap, washer and lock washer to the first S clamp near the cab. Repeat on the driver side.
- Lock it in. Roll the cover open without knocking it out of line and tighten the knobs by hand only. Close it and check the locking levers hold it down on both sides. Refit the cover first: rest it on the rails, drop in the mounting bolts, fit the knobs loosely, line it up with about 1/8" (3.2 mm) on each side.
