This is the no-drill mounting kit for the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. BEDSLIDE's patented brackets bolt to the factory tie-down points already in the bed, so the slide anchors to structure GM engineered to take load and nothing new goes through the bed floor. On a mid-size truck where the box is short and every inch of it is spoken for, being able to add a slide and later remove it without leaving holes behind is worth something real at trade-in. The kit is a cab end bracket, two side mount brackets and the hardware pack, and the job is hand tools only. No Drilling Into Your Truck Bed This is the whole point. BEDSLIDE's patented mounting brackets use your truck's existing factory tie-down points to secure the slide, so the bed floor stays exactly as the factory made it. Nothing to seal, nothing to touch up, and nothing that shows when the slide comes out.
Built for One Truck These brackets are cut for the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon and nothing else. That is why BEDSLIDE sells a kit per application rather than a universal bracket: the mounting points move between generations and bed lengths, and a bracket that nearly lines up is worse than no bracket at all.
Installs With Hand Tools BEDSLIDE lists the job as easy installation with hand tools. There is no welding, no cutting and no drilling. The brackets go to the factory mounting points and the slide goes on top of them.

Fit the cab end bracket and the two side mount brackets to the factory tie-down points using the supplied hardware pack, then set the BEDSLIDE down onto them. Will this fit my truck?
It fits the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, in the 5' bed from 2004 to 2019 and in the 6' bed from 2015 to 2019. That is BEDSLIDE's FITS line. Be aware that the same product page is titled 04-22, so there is a genuine ambiguity about the 2020 to 2022 trucks. If yours is one of those years, ask us first and we will confirm with the manufacturer. The 2023 and 2024 trucks take the BSA-GM58-2023 kit.
Which BEDSLIDE models can I use these brackets with?
The 1000 lb models only. BEDSLIDE is explicit about this: the no-drill kits work with the S model and the CLASSIC in Silver and Black Edition, and they are not compatible with 2017 and previous CL parts. If you are ordering brackets for a slide you already own, check the serial number, because everything after serial 102951 will accept the no-drill brackets. A 1500 CONTRACTOR, a 2000 HEAVY DUTY or a MAX Extension needs a conventional mount.
How does it mount without drilling?
It uses the factory tie-down points in the bed. The cab end bracket and the two side mount brackets bolt to those, and the slide sits on the brackets. Nothing new goes through the bed floor, so removing the slide later leaves the bed as it was.
What tools do I need?
Basic hand tools and a socket set. Because this kit mounts to tie-down points rather than bed bolts, there is no Torx bit to source and no seized bed bolt to fight, which makes it one of the easier installs in the no-drill range.
Does this come with the BEDSLIDE?
No. This listing is the mounting bracket kit only, and BEDSLIDE states plainly that the BEDSLIDE is not included. You buy the slide once and the bracket kit is what attaches it to your particular truck without drilling. Some of the photographs show a slide fitted in a bed, because that is what the brackets are holding up, but the slide itself is a separate purchase.

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
