Install The BEDSLIDE Easily

BEDSLIDE's general installation video for the slide itself. Useful for seeing where the mounting hardware ends up in the bed and how the deck sits once it is bolted down.

Which BEDSLIDE Is Right For You?

BEDSLIDE's buying guide across the 1000 Classic, 1500 Contractor, 2000 Heavy Duty and MAX Extension lines. Useful if you are still choosing the slide this part will attach to.

Why The Deck Rises At The End

BEDSLIDE explains the deliberate upward ramp at full extension: it keeps the deck level under load and tells your hands the slide has reached its stop. A small design detail, and one of the reasons a loaded BEDSLIDE feels planted rather than tippy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Will this fit my truck?

It fits the 2014 to 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra with the 5.8' bed. BEDSLIDE cuts these brackets per application because the factory tie-down positions move between generations and bed lengths, so the year and the box length both have to match.

Which BEDSLIDE models can I use these brackets with?

The 1000 lb models only. BEDSLIDE is explicit about this: the no-drill kits work with the S model and the CLASSIC in Silver and Black Edition, and they are not compatible with 2017 and previous CL parts. If you are ordering brackets for a slide you already own, check the serial number, because everything after serial 102951 will accept the no-drill brackets. A 1500 CONTRACTOR, a 2000 HEAVY DUTY or a MAX Extension needs a conventional mount.

How does it mount without drilling?

It uses the factory tie-down points in the bed. The cab end bracket and the two side mount brackets bolt to those, and the slide sits down on the brackets. Nothing new goes through the bed floor, so the truck goes back to standard if the slide ever comes out.

What tools do I need?

Basic hand tools and a socket set. Because this kit mounts to tie-down points rather than bed bolts, there is no Torx bit to source and no seized bed bolt to fight, which makes it one of the easier installs in the no-drill range.

Does this come with the BEDSLIDE?

No. This listing is the mounting bracket kit only, and BEDSLIDE states plainly that the BEDSLIDE is not included. You buy the slide once and the bracket kit is what attaches it to your particular truck without drilling. Some of the photographs show a slide fitted in a bed, because that is what the brackets are holding up, but the slide itself is a separate purchase.

What does the BEDSLIDE warranty cover on an accessory like this?

Every BEDSLIDE product carries a 5-year warranty, and BEDSLIDE extends it to a lifetime warranty if you register the product within 30 days of purchase. Coverage is for the original owner and does not transfer if you sell the truck or the part. What is not covered is worth knowing up front: misuse, loading past the rated capacity, corrosion of the steel frame from exposure, deck de-lamination caused by water, fuel or chemical spills, modifications that change the design, improper installation, accidents, and neglect. Register it when it arrives, not later.
