The 2024 Ford Ranger is a new truck under the sheet metal, and its bed mounting points do not match the outgoing generation, which is why it gets its own bracket kit. This one mounts to the factory tie-down points rather than the bed bolts, so nothing goes through the bed floor at all. You get a cab end bracket, two side mount brackets and the hardware pack, the slide sits down on top of them, and the bed is untouched if you ever take it out again. Installation is hand tools only, with no drilling, cutting or welding. Note that this kit is for the 5' bed and that the no-drill system works with the 1000 lb BEDSLIDE models, meaning the S model and the CLASSIC in Silver and Black Edition. Will this fit my truck?

What tools do I need?
Basic hand tools and a socket set. Because this kit mounts to tie-down points rather than bed bolts, there is no Torx bit or seized-bolt gamble involved, which makes it one of the more straightforward kits in the range.
Does this come with the BEDSLIDE?
No. This listing is the mounting bracket kit only, and BEDSLIDE states plainly that the BEDSLIDE is not included. You buy the slide once and the bracket kit is what attaches it to your particular truck without drilling. Some of the photographs show a slide fitted in a bed, because that is what the brackets are holding up, but the slide itself is a separate purchase.

Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
