GM's MultiPro and MultiFlex tailgates fold down into exactly the space a trailer hitch lives in, which means most ball mounts have to come out of the receiver before you can use the inner gate or the step. This TS10063BMP is B&W's answer: a Tow & Stow built specifically for the GMC Sierra MultiPro and Chevrolet Silverado MultiFlex tailgates, with a machined cutout in the head, an angled face and an offset swing arm so the whole assembly stows clear of the gate. The hitch stays in the truck and the tailgate still does everything GM designed it to do. This one is a 2.5" drop on a 2" shank, so it suits half-ton pickups, full-size SUVs and mid-size trucks. A 2.5" drop is the shallow MultiPro, and it is the one to pick when the Sierra or Silverado is sitting at stock height and the trailer coupler is close to receiver height already. On a truck that has not been leveled or lifted, this is usually where the measurement lands. The swing arm carries a 2" ball and a 2-5/16" ball, which between them cover the coupler on almost every boat, utility, dump, equipment and travel trailer sold in North America. Capacity follows the ball you are towing on rather than a single headline figure: 10,000 lb GTW and 1,000 lb tongue weight on the 2-5/16" ball; 7,500 lb GTW and 750 lb tongue weight on the 2" ball. Like every Tow & Stow, it adjusts on two pins for a level tow, rotates between ball sizes on one pin, stows behind the bumper when the trailer stays home, and is tested for strength and endurance to SAE J-684. Built by B&W in Humboldt, Kansas.
What's Included:
Tow & Stow MultiPro and MultiFlex adjustable ball mount body with 2" shank, two-step e-coat and black powder coat
Offset rotating swing arm with two balls fitted (2" and 2-5/16")
B&W stainless steel adjustment and swing-arm pins with clips
B&W Tow & Stow Owner's Manual
Not included: hitch pin and clip or locking pin for securing the shank in the receiver, sold separately (see TS51230)
Features
Built Around the MultiPro and MultiFlex Tailgate The head carries a machined cutout and an angled face, and the swing arm is offset, all so the stowed hitch clears GM's inner gate and step. That is the entire point of this model: you keep the hitch in the receiver and you keep the tailgate's inner gate, load stop and step. On a standard ball mount you have to choose one or the other.
Rated Per Ball, Not Per Hitch The 2-5/16" ball carries the top numbers here, 10,000 lb gross trailer weight and 1,000 lb tongue weight. Rotate to a smaller ball and the rating comes down with it, to 7,500 lb on the 2" ball. B&W publishes capacity per ball because the ball in use is what sets the limit.
2.5" of Drop, and Why That Number A 2.5" drop is the shallow MultiPro, and it is the one to pick when the Sierra or Silverado is sitting at stock height and the trailer coupler is close to receiver height already. On a truck that has not been leveled or lifted, this is usually where the measurement lands. B&W builds the MultiPro Tow & Stow as TS10064BMP (2" shank, 2.5" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16"), TS10065BMP (2" shank, 4.5" drop, dual ball 2" x 2-5/16"), TS10066BMP (2" shank, 4.5" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16"), TS20066BMP (2.5" shank, 7" drop, dual ball 2" x 2-5/16"), TS20067BMP (2.5" shank, 7" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16").
Two Balls on One Rotating Swing Arm Pull the swing-arm pin, rotate the ball you need into the towing position, re-pin, and go. The balls fitted here are 2" and 2-5/16". Nothing gets removed and nothing gets left behind in the driveway.
Height Adjusts on Two Pins, No Tools Pull the two stainless adjustment pins, slide the head to the height that tows your trailer level, and replace the pins. Invert the shank in the receiver when you need the ball above the receiver rather than below it. A level trailer tracks straighter, brakes better and wears its tires evenly.
Stows Behind the Bumper, Out of the Tailgate's Way Rotate the head up when the trailer stays home. On a MultiPro or MultiFlex truck this matters twice over: the hitch is out of shin range in a parking lot, and it is out of the way of the tailgate's inner gate and step.
Wide Top and Slide-Pin Retention B&W builds the head with a wide top section for strength where the offset arm loads it. Once the hitch is locked into your receiver the swing arm cannot be removed, and the slide pin keeps the arm and the balls attached even with the adjustment pins out.
Tested to SAE J-684 SAE J-684 is the strength and endurance standard for bumper-pull hitches, and every Tow & Stow is tested to it, including the MultiPro models. B&W's habit across its line is to over-test rather than test to the minimum.
Made in the USA B&W has built hitches in Humboldt, Kansas since 1987 and has been 100% employee-owned since 2007. This hitch is made there from American steel, and B&W answers its own warranty and technical calls.

Fit guidance: The MultiPro and MultiFlex tailgates are GM's multi-position tailgates, sold on GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado pickups. The inner gate and the step drop down into the space a normal ball mount occupies, so a standard hitch has to come out before you can use them. B&W's answer is this version of the Tow & Stow: the head has a machined cutout and an angled face, and the swing arm is offset, so the whole assembly stows clear of the inner gate and the hitch can stay in the receiver. Fitment is by tailgate, not by year: if your truck has the MultiPro or MultiFlex tailgate and a 2" square receiver, this fits. Check the drop the same way as any ball mount, by measuring from the ground to the top of the receiver opening and from the ground to the bottom of the loaded trailer coupler.

Installation
Type: Drop-in. The shank slides into a 2" square receiver and pins in place, no tools and no drilling · Time: About 5 minutes the first time · Tools: None for the hitch itself. A hitch pin and clip, or a locking pin, is needed to secure the shank in the receiver and is sold separately · Difficulty: Easy, no mechanical experience needed
Slide the shank into your 2" receiver and secure it with a hitch pin and clip or a locking pin. Measure your receiver opening with any reducer sleeve removed before you order: B&W warns that running a reducer sleeve lowers the tow rating of the hitch and adds noise and play. To set the height, pull the two adjustment pins, slide the head up or down, and replace the pins. To change ball size, pull the single pin, rotate the ball you want into position, and replace the pin. B&W asks for at least 11" of clearance between the ground and the lowest part of the hitch, and recommends a thin coat of white lithium grease on the stainless pins so they keep pulling freely.

About B&W Trailer Hitches
B&W Trailer Hitches started in 1987 in a garage in Humboldt, Kansas, where Roger Baker and Joe Works, the B and the W, were building custom truck beds. They got tired of the gooseneck ball welded permanently into the middle of a bed, so they designed one that turned over and stowed flush when the trailer stayed home. That was the Turnoverball, and it is still the product the company is best known for. A few years later the same under-bed mounting idea became the Companion fifth wheel hitch, and today B&W builds the Turnoverball, the Companion, the Tow & Stow and the Continuum weight distribution hitch in a plant in Humboldt that has grown past 490,000ft². Every hitch is still made in the United States from American steel, which B&W points out makes it one of the last remaining hitch makers in America.
Since 2007 the company has been 100% employee-owned, with roughly 500 employee-owners in Kansas. That shows up in how the products get tested. B&W treats SAE J-2638 for gooseneck and fifth wheel hitches as a floor rather than a finish line: instead of using a fresh hitch for each test, it puts a single hitch through all three of the 300,000-cycle dynamic tests and then the six static tests, so the part that passes has already lived a hard life. The Tow & Stow line is tested for strength and endurance to SAE J-684, the standard for bumper-pull hitches. Everything B&W builds is backed by the company's Lifetime Exclusive Limited Warranty, handled directly by B&W in Kansas.
Prestige Truck is an authorized B&W Trailer Hitches dealer. Every hitch, ball mount and accessory we ship is new, genuine B&W product, covered by the full B&W factory warranty and supported by B&W's own US-based customer service team.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Do I actually need the MultiPro version?
Only if your truck has the tailgate. GMC calls it MultiPro and Chevrolet calls it MultiFlex, and it is the tailgate that folds into six positions with an inner gate and a step. If you have one and you want to keep using the inner gate and step with the hitch in place, this is the model. If your truck has a conventional tailgate, buy the standard Tow & Stow instead: it does the same towing job for less money.
How much can it tow?
The rating follows the ball you are using, so there is no single number: 10,000 lb GTW with 1,000 lb tongue weight on the 2-5/16" ball; 7,500 lb GTW with 750 lb tongue weight on the 2" ball. Those are B&W's published figures for a 2" shank Tow & Stow. Your real limit is the lowest-rated item in the chain, which includes your truck's tow rating, the receiver, the coupler and the trailer.
Which receiver size does it need?
A 2" square receiver. Measure the opening with any reducer sleeve pulled out, because B&W warns that a sleeve lowers the hitch's tow rating and adds play and noise. B&W builds the MultiPro Tow & Stow in both 2" and 2-1/2" shanks, so check the truck before ordering.
How do I pick the right drop?
Park the truck and the loaded trailer on level ground, measure from the ground to the top of the inside of the receiver, then from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler, and the difference is your drop. This model is 2.5" of drop. The other MultiPro versions B&W builds are TS10064BMP (2" shank, 2.5" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16"), TS10065BMP (2" shank, 4.5" drop, dual ball 2" x 2-5/16"), TS10066BMP (2" shank, 4.5" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16"), TS20066BMP (2.5" shank, 7" drop, dual ball 2" x 2-5/16"), TS20067BMP (2.5" shank, 7" drop, tri-ball 1-7/8" x 2" x 2-5/16").
Can I use the 3-pin lock or the hitch step with it?
The hitch step (TS35050) and the 3-pin lock (TS51241) are Tow & Stow accessories, but B&W states the 3-pin lock is not compatible with the Dual Ball Pintle, the 2" MultiPro or the hitch step accessory, so do not plan on it for a 2" shank MultiPro model. B&W's stainless receiver lock (TS51230) secures the shank in the receiver on any of them, and once the hitch is locked in, the swing arm cannot be removed.
What is the warranty?
B&W's Lifetime Exclusive Limited Warranty: for as long as the original consumer owns it, B&W will replace a product or component with a defect in material or workmanship, or at its option repair it or refund the purchase price. Installation, removal and shipping costs are not covered, and claims go directly to B&W with a return authorization. Registration is not required.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
