Cast-Iron Construction
Fits 2-Inch Tank Bungs
Lockable Nozzle Hook
Features
- Cast-Iron Construction: Fill-Rite casts the pump housing in iron and turns it with a rotary vane set (powdered iron rotor, sintered bronze vanes), a build it designs for daily mobile fuel transfer off a tank.
- Fits 2" Tank Bungs: The supplied inlet flange threads onto a 2" tank bung and takes a 1" suction pipe, with a 3/4" outlet for the hose. US models use NPT threads; the HE pump-only export version uses a 2" BSPT bung adapter and BSPP ports.
- Lockable Nozzle Hook: A locking link sits next to the on/off lever. With the pump off and the nozzle stowed in its boot, a padlock through the link and the nozzle handle keeps the fuel from walking away.
- 15 GPM on 24V DC: Every model in this line is rated at up to 15 GPM (57 LPM) on a 24V DC supply, the voltage found on many heavy trucks and machines, from a 1/4 HP motor.
- Thermally Protected Motor: The motor carries thermal protection against overheating and is rated for 30 minutes on, then 30 minutes off. Fill-Rite lists a 10 A rated draw for this series and asks for a 20 A fuse in the 24V circuit.
- Many Fluids, One Pump: Fill-Rite approves this series for diesel, gasoline and gasoline blends up to E15, biodiesel blends up to B20, kerosene and mineral spirits.
Description & Fitment
The FR2411H is the full 24V station: Fill-Rite's 15 GPM cast-iron pump with an 807C mechanical meter that counts in gallons, a 3/4" x 12' hose, a 3/4" manual nozzle, a 20" to 34-1/2" telescoping steel suction pipe, an 18' 12 AWG power cable and a 5' ground wire. Fill-Rite rates the meter at ±1% accuracy with 0.38% repeatability, and the motor is UL/cUL listed.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check your setup: a 24V DC supply with a 20 A fuse and a 2" NPT bung. Prefer liters? The FR2411HL is the same kit with an 807CL meter. Without a meter, the FR2410H is the kit; the 20 GPM 24V kit is the FR4410H.
Not for: DEF, water or any fluid meant for drinking or food, and fueling aircraft (Fill-Rite's manual rules these out).
About Fill-Rite
Fill-Rite is a Gorman-Rupp company that designs and builds transfer equipment for fuel, oil and chemicals: electric and hand-operated transfer pumps, plus the meters, nozzles, hose and filters that go with them. Its sites are in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lenexa, Kansas.
Its transfer pumps are built around cast-iron rotary vane bodies, and Fill-Rite stands behind them with a tiered warranty that runs for the life of the pump castings, 5 years on the motor and 2 years on wear parts.
Buying Fill-Rite from Prestige Truck. Fill-Rite asks for proof of purchase with any warranty claim, so keep your Prestige Truck order receipt with your records.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the FR2411H include a meter?
Yes, an 807C mechanical meter reading in gallons, mounted between pump and hose.
How accurate is the meter?
Fill-Rite lists ±1% accuracy and 0.38% repeatability for this kit.
What power does it need?
A 24V DC supply. Fill-Rite requires a fuse in the circuit, 20 A for 24V, and its manual has the wiring run done by a licensed electrician. Do not wire it to thin vehicle circuits such as a lighter socket.
Can it run all day?
No. Fill-Rite rates the motor for 30 minutes on, then 30 minutes off, and a thermal protector shuts it down if it overheats.
What tank does it fit?
Any tank with a 2" bung (NPT on US models, BSPT on the HE pump-only versions). The tank needs a vent cap, and the suction pipe should stop 1-2" above the bottom unless it is the telescoping steel pipe.
Can I lock it?
Yes. With the pump off and the nozzle in its boot, a padlock fits through the locking link beside the switch lever and the nozzle handle.
Installation
Here's the short version. Follow Fill-Rite's manual (below) for the full procedure, wiring and safety steps.
- Optional: take the inlet flange off the pump by loosening its four 1/4" bolts with a 7/16" wrench; keep the bolts, screen and gasket.
- Thread the suction pipe into the inlet bung 1.5 to 2.5 turns past hand tight with a pipe wrench, using a sealant made for fuel.
- Thread the bung and pipe onto the tank 1.5 to 2.5 turns past hand tight, again with fuel-rated sealant.
- If you removed the flange, seat the screen and gasket, set the pump on the bung and tighten the four bolts to at least 40 in-lbs.
- Open the junction box (two T-25 screws), feed the power leads through the 1/2" NPT opening with the black cable connector, and keep the gasket in place when you close it.
- Mount the nozzle boot to the switch plate with its 5/16" bolt at 40 in-lbs; it has two positions. Wire to a 24V supply with a 20 A fuse.

Lifetime Tiered limited warranty
Fill-Rite covers the FR2400 Series pump with its tiered Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship:- Lifetime: pump castings, such as the pump and motor housings, motor frame, inlet flange and bung adapter, junction box cover, switch plate and end bells. Paint and corrosion issues are excluded.
- 5 years: the motor and its components, such as magnets, armature, brushes, thermal protector, lead wires and circuit boards.
- 2 years: wear parts, such as seals, gaskets, O-rings, springs, vanes, rotor and rotor cover, bypass cap, nozzle boot, switch parts and paint adhesion. Paint wear from use, weather or chemicals is excluded.
- 1 year: accessories packed with the pump, such as hoses, nozzles, suction pipes, cables and connectors, elbows and swivels.
- The meter on metered kits falls under Fill-Rite's 800 and 900 Series terms instead: 2 years on all meter components.
- Coverage runs from the date of sale, or the delivery date if that is later, and only the original purchaser is covered; it does not transfer to a later owner.
- It applies to products bought from Fill-Rite or a seller Fill-Rite authorizes in the United States or Canada, and Fill-Rite needs proof of purchase with a claim. Without proof of purchase or delivery, Fill-Rite starts the clock at the date code on the product.
- Small items such as fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, thread tape, wire nuts and paperwork are not covered.
- It does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, or repairs done by anyone other than Fill-Rite or its authorized representative.
- Fill-Rite's remedy is a replacement, or a refund of the price paid when a replacement or repair is not practical. Its liability is capped at the purchase price and it excludes incidental and consequential damages where the law allows. Implied warranties are limited to the length of this warranty.
- Please do not send the product back on your own: if Fill-Rite asks for a return, it issues a return number and pays the freight.
