About Fill-Rite
Fill-Rite has been building fuel transfer equipment in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 1957. Now a Tuthill brand, it earned its reputation the hard way, by making cast-iron rotary-vane pumps that stand up to continuous, real-world duty on fleets, farms, construction sites, and equipment yards across the country.
Today Fill-Rite makes a complete fuel-handling lineup, from 12-volt and 24-volt DC pumps to 115-volt and 230-volt AC pumps, hand pumps, flow meters, nozzles, hoses, and filtration. Whatever you are moving and however you power it, the parts are engineered to work together as a system.
That focus is why Fill-Rite is the name so many operators specify by default: durable where it counts, simple to service, and backed by a Limited Warranty. When fueling your own equipment is part of the job, it is the brand you buy once.
Authorized Fill-Rite dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized dealer of Fill-Rite, so every pump, meter and accessory you buy is 100% genuine and factory-new, covered by the full Fill-Rite manufacturer warranty, and backed by our own US-based support team.

After some minor adjustments, works great!
I purchased this pump a month ago for a new diesel transfer tank I had custom built. After installation and easy wiring, the pump would not turn off when connected to the power supply. The manufacturer diagnosed a faulty internal toggle switch and sent a replacement for me to install. Upon, removing the cover and gasket, it was apparent that the external switch lever was not moving the internal lever far enough to move the toggle switch to the off position. After making a slight adjustment to the internal lever, the original toggle switch now works properly. The pump functions great and pumps high volume. Honestly, a lesser volume pump would be sufficient for my agricultural use. The disadvantage to this pump is the gigantic filter you must account for when building a custom tank. I would consider a smaller pump, unless fill time is pertinent. This pump will truly pump 20gal a minute…

Nice package to start out with a new tank
Easier than piece parting a setup together. I did buy a meter also to complete the setup. Fillrite does not offer pump, meter, filter, 20' hose and auto nozzle.

Excellent for Most
I have used this pump for two years. It has paid for itself by now compared to having fuel oil delivered to my remote Alaskan home. The ONLY change that I would make is to exchange the nozzle with an automatic shut-off type nozzle and the hose with an arctic grade hose. The hose broke at 50 below zero when I tried to bend it 90 degrees. The pump still emptied a 55 gallon drum of thick fuel oil in a couple of minutes at this extremely low temperature. If you operate transfers at 20 below or warmer, this is your pump!

20 GPM fuel transfer pump
I live in central Idaho. In the winter months my crews were out in temperatures below zero fueling the equipment. This pump dramatically decreased the time anyone had to be in those frigid temps.. I highly recommend this pump. It works at -40 degrees!!

Tuthill Pump
Very durable. In use for 18 years so far and no problems to report. Pumps considerably faster than the 115VAC model.
