Go Rhino 4000 Series Nerf Bars: Black round side step with step pads below the doors of a gray 4-door SUV with flared fenders, parked on asphalt

The classic round nerf bar

4000 Series nerf bars bring the traditional 3" round tube look to the side of the vehicle, with a step under each door. Ninety-degree bends at the ends give a clean, streamlined finish.

Oversized slip-resistant pads

Large step pads with a slip-resistant surface give a sure footing when the ground is wet or cold. Go Rhino rates the bars at 250 lb.

Brackets out of sight

The bent ends tuck the mounting brackets out of view and keep the step area clear. A black powder coat finishes the mild steel bars.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Does this fit my vehicle?

The listing fits the vehicle and body style named in the fit table. Check the door count and any notes there before ordering.

Do I need to remove my factory rock rails?

Yes. If the vehicle has factory rock rails, Go Rhino calls for removing them before the 4000 Series bars are installed.

How much weight are they rated for?

Go Rhino rates the 4000 Series nerf bars at 250 lb.

Where do the bars mount?

They mount to the rocker panel on a bracket kit made for the vehicle, and the bent ends of the bars keep the brackets out of view.

How do I care for the finish?

Wash regularly with mild soap and water and avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes. A non-abrasive automotive wax helps protect the powder coat.

What warranty do they carry?

A limited lifetime structural warranty with 5 years on the finish for the original owner. Warranty returns need an RGA number.
