Warranty. Go Rhino's limited lifetime structural warranty for this kit covers defects from manufacturing, in materials or workmanship, for as long as the product itself lasts (not the owner's or the vehicle's lifetime) when it is installed per the provided instructions. Go Rhino may ask for purchase details and photos of the defect, and repairs or replaces a product it finds defective, at its discretion. A separate limited 5-year finish warranty covers the original owner, covering red rust, peeling, flaking and cracking from the date of purchase; shipping charges on a finish claim are the owner's responsibility. Every warranty return needs an RGA number from Go Rhino.
Shipping. Ships by ground carrier, with the carrier and service chosen by the size and weight of the carton when the order ships.
Inspect on delivery. Open the carton when it arrives and check every part and the hardware against the parts list in the Go Rhino guide before you start. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.
