Features
- Built in Stages: Each vehicle's systems climb from an entry stage upward, so the suspension can match a daily driver, a tow rig or a dedicated trail truck. The stage number tells you where a kit sits.
- Engineered Per Platform: ICON develops each system around one vehicle's geometry, choosing shock lengths, valving and spring rates for that platform instead of adapting a universal kit.
- Serviceable ICON Shocks: The ICON shocks in every stage are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so worn seals or a change in how the truck is used means a rebuild or revalve, not new shocks.
- Adjustable Valving Options: Higher stages on many vehicles add CDCV valves with 10 compression settings, CDXS valves with separate low-speed and high-speed adjustment, or CDEV valves that ICON Intelligent Control adjusts on the move.
- Upper Control Arm Choices: Where a stage adds upper control arms, choose billet aluminum arms with caster and camber adjustment on the vehicle, or tubular steel arms with extra caster built in. Both correct front-end geometry at the lifted height.
- Lift Quoted on Stock Vehicles: Every lift range is quoted for a stock-equipped vehicle. Bumpers, winches and other added weight change where the height settles, so allow for them when choosing a kit.
Description & Fitment
This ICON Stage Suspension System is built for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra (part K53271). TRD Pro, SR5 w/ TRD Sport package, factory air suspension and Adaptive Variable Suspension are excluded; some Tundra years exclude rear air suspension. Its closest sibling is K53191, listed for 2022-2026 (0-2.25"/0-3"/2-3" lift).

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for trucks and SUVs at its shop in Riverside, California. Engineering is led by Dylan Evans, its head engineer and a SCORE champion driver, and ICON tests its parts on the street, on the trail and under race conditions.
ICON's engineers begin with the result they want from a vehicle, then study the forces acting on it in motion, which is where the name Vehicle Dynamics comes from. Fabrication stays in ICON's own shop, from laser cutting and metal forming to CNC machining, welding and final assembly. ICON calls its suspension systems and shock absorbers the top choice for popular trucks and SUVs.
Authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer, so every ICON part we sell is new and genuine. ICON's warranty is for the original retail buyer, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Keep your Prestige Truck order receipt: we use it when we take a claim to ICON for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my 2022-2026 Tundra?
Yes, if your vehicle matches a fitment row: 2022 Toyota Tundra (excludes TRD Pro; excludes SR5 w/ TRD Sport package; excludes factory air suspension; excludes Adaptive Variable Suspension); 2023-2024 Toyota Tundra (excludes rear air suspension; excludes TRD Pro; excludes SR5 w/ TRD Sport package; excludes factory air suspension; excludes Adaptive Variable Suspension); 2025 Toyota Tundra (excludes TRD Pro; excludes SR5 w/ TRD Sport package; excludes factory air suspension; excludes Adaptive Variable Suspension); 2026 Toyota Tundra (excludes rear air suspension; excludes TRD Pro; excludes SR5 w/ TRD Sport package; excludes factory air suspension; excludes Adaptive Variable Suspension). Cannot be used with Any wheel with a Diameter Less than 20". Not for adaptive variable suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles. Not sure? Send us your VIN and we'll check it against ICON's listing.
What if my Tundra has a different setup?
ICON makes other Stage Suspension Systems for it. The closest here is K53191 (2022-2026, 0-2.25"/0-3"/2-3" lift). The "Not for" box above lists the rest, each with its own fitment rows.
Which stage should I choose?
Start from how the vehicle is used. Entry stages improve ride quality and set the stance for daily driving, towing and light trail work, while higher stages add parts such as upper control arms, adjustable valving and rear links for harder off-road driving. The Kit contents table shows what each stage adds.
CDCV, CDXS or CDEV: what is the difference?
CDCV is an external knob with 10 compression settings from soft to firm. CDXS adjusts low-speed and high-speed compression separately. CDEV is an electronic valve that ICON Intelligent Control adjusts from onboard sensors, through the ICON app.
Will I need an alignment after installing?
Yes, whenever the system changes the front suspension. ICON's sheets call for a professional alignment, and many late-model vehicles also need their driver-assist cameras and sensors recalibrated.
How much does the lift change with a bumper or winch?
ICON quotes every lift range for a stock-equipped vehicle. A steel bumper, winch or other weight up front settles the vehicle lower in that range, so plan for it when you pick the lift option.
Installation
- Ratchet
- Extensions
- Torque Wrench
- 14mm Socket / Wrench
- 24mm Socket / Wrench
Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- In continuation of the main instructions (51010).
- Place the coilover spacer on top of the OEM coilover, the bolt pattern is designed so the spacer will only fit one way.
- Use the OEM nuts and red threadlocker to secure the spacer onto the coilover and torque the nuts to 35 ft-lbs using a 14mm.
- Place the assembly into the coilbucket, aligning the studs into place. Use the supplied nuts and red threadlocker and torque to 35 ft-lbs using a 14mm.
- Insert the lower eyelet into the lower control arm and torque the OEM bolts to 130 ft-lbs.
- Refer back to the main instructions (51010) to continue install.

Warranty, shipping & returns
-
Warranty
ICON shocks and coilovers in this system carry ICON's 1-year shock warranty against manufacturer's defects, and ICON's other suspension components carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the parts were first installed on.
- A shock that fails in its first year goes to ICON for inspection and service. If ICON finds the cause was neglect, poor installation or anything other than normal wear and tear, the owner pays for labor, parts and shipping.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- Upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint carry 5 years of coverage from the purchase date, but only when ICON's warranty registration is completed within 30 days of purchase; contact us and we will help you register. The Delta Joint PRO carries 1 year. Neither is transferable to a later owner.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

A stage system arrives in several cartons: open every box when it lands, check each part and hardware bag against ICON's parts lists, and photograph any carton damage before you sign or start the install. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
- Email support@prestigetruck.com right away with your order number, a short note and photos. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
