ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kit

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kits rebuild the steering and front suspension of heavy-duty vehicles and Jeeps with parts that replace worn factory components, and every kit starts with a full set of Dynatrac HD upper and lower ball joints. Higher stages add ICON parts such as an adjustable track bar, a steering stabilizer, alignment cams or a track bar ball joint. ICON built the kits to fix common front-end complaints: loose steering, wandering on the highway, uneven tire wear and death wobble.

Dynatrac HD Ball Joints
Every kit includes a full set of genuine Dynatrac HD front upper and lower ball joints built around a precision-ground, heat-treated stainless ball in a sealed, greaseable design.

Stages Add Steering Control
Higher stages add ICON parts such as an adjustable track bar, a steering stabilizer, alignment cams or a track bar ball joint, so the kit can match how worn or modified the front end is.

Adjustable Track Bar Options
Stages with an ICON adjustable track bar let the axle be centered under the vehicle and free up bind as the suspension travels and articulates.

Steering Stabilizer Choices
The stabilizers in these kits add damping over the factory unit. ICON's dual opposing and through-shaft centerline designs also remove the push and pull feel of a single conventional stabilizer.

Made for Worn or Lifted Fronts
The kits replace critical worn factory components, and several are meant to be used with a 2" to 3" suspension lift. The fitment notes show what your kit calls for.

Installation

ICON recommends that a professional shop or service technician install its parts. The factory upper and lower ball joints are pressed out and the Dynatrac joints pressed in, and higher stages also fit the track bar, stabilizer or cams listed for them. Some kits need front bump stop spacers or fit only certain axles, as the fitment notes show. Plan on a professional alignment once the work is done.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. ICON shock absorbers, coilovers included, carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects, and a shock that fails in its first year goes back to ICON for inspection and service. ICON's fabricated suspension components are covered by its limited lifetime warranty. Coverage is for the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle the parts were first installed on, and ICON repairs or replaces a defective part at its discretion. Finish, parts worn through normal use, modifications, installation contrary to ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the US and Canada are excluded. Removal, installation and freight costs are not covered. ICON also requires its components to be installed as the complete kit shown in its application guide; substituting or leaving out required parts voids the warranty. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed. Inspect on delivery. Open every carton when it arrives and check each part and hardware bag against the parts list before the install starts. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.
