This ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kit is built for the 2005-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty, pairing Dynatrac HD ball joints with ICON steering parts. Replacing tired factory ball joints and steering parts is aimed at a front end that tracks straight and feels tight at highway speed. This listing covers part numbers K6215 and K6216.
Choosing your option:
-
Stage, Stage 5: Stage 5 of the systems ICON offers for this vehicle. Stage numbers are set per vehicle, and a higher stage generally adds or upgrades parts over the lower ones. The Kit contents table lists exactly what this stage includes.
-
Stage, Stage 6: Stage 6 of the systems ICON offers for this vehicle.
What's Included:
- A full set of Dynatrac HD front upper and lower ball joints
- The ICON steering and suspension parts listed for this stage in the Kit contents table
Lift kits, wheels, tires and other accessories seen in photos are not included, and neither is the alignment. Parts named under Also required for a vehicle, such as front bump stop spacers, are sold separately.
Features
Dynatrac HD Ball Joints
Every kit includes a full set of genuine Dynatrac HD front upper and lower ball joints built around a precision-ground, heat-treated stainless ball in a sealed, greaseable design.
Stages Add Steering Control
Higher stages add ICON parts such as an adjustable track bar, a steering stabilizer, alignment cams or a track bar ball joint, so the kit can match how worn or modified the front end is.
Adjustable Track Bar Options
Stages with an ICON adjustable track bar let the axle be centered under the vehicle and free up bind as the suspension travels and articulates.
Steering Stabilizer Choices
The stabilizers in these kits add damping over the factory unit. ICON's dual opposing and through-shaft centerline designs also remove the push and pull feel of a single conventional stabilizer.
Made for Worn or Lifted Fronts
The kits replace critical worn factory components, and several are meant to be used with a 2" to 3" suspension lift. The fitment notes show what your kit calls for.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. ICON shock absorbers, coilovers included, carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects, and a shock that fails in its first year goes back to ICON for inspection and service. ICON's fabricated suspension components are covered by its limited lifetime warranty. Coverage is for the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle the parts were first installed on, and ICON repairs or replaces a defective part at its discretion. Finish, parts worn through normal use, modifications, installation contrary to ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the US and Canada are excluded. Removal, installation and freight costs are not covered. ICON also requires its components to be installed as the complete kit shown in its application guide; substituting or leaving out required parts voids the warranty. Shipping. The carrier and ship method are set by the size and weight of the cartons when the order is placed. Inspect on delivery. Open every carton when it arrives and check each part and hardware bag against the parts list before the install starts. Note any visible carton damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, because damage reported later is much harder to claim.
Returns. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is on us. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, or email support@prestigetruck.com with any question.
About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for vehicles and SUVs in Riverside, California, and has been developing its systems since 2008. Engineering is led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, and the laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly are all done in house.
ICON's engineers start from the result they want a vehicle to have, study the forces acting on it in motion, and then develop and test parts both in everyday driving and in race conditions. For its Ultimate Front End Kits, ICON pairs its own track bars, steering stabilizers and alignment cams with Dynatrac HD ball joints to cover the whole front end in one kit.
