Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Does it fit my vehicle?

It fits 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab trucks (2nd and 3rd gen). The 2024-2025 4th gen Tacoma Double Cab uses KC 92304, and Access Cab trucks are not covered.

Do I have to drill my roof?

No. It bolts to the factory roof mounting points on the Tacoma Double Cab and uses a bumpstop tensioning system.

Does the rack come with lights?

No. The rack is sold on its own. It is set up for a Gravity Titan (91418) or Pro6 (91308) overhead bar and up to four Profile 10" SideCast side lights, all sold separately. Blackout plates are included to cover the side light openings if you skip SideCast lights.

How do I wire the side lights?

The extrusions have hidden internal wire channels and corner access points. KC sells a vehicle-specific Profile SideCast four-light wiring kit for this rack (part 92403).

How much weight can I carry on it?

The limit is your vehicle's OEM roof load rating. Rack weight plus cargo weight, parked or moving, should stay within the figure your vehicle maker publishes.

How tall and big is the platform?

The platform measures 48" wide by 61.5" long and sits at most 3.75" above the roof.
