Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Does it fit my vehicle?
It fits SuperCrew cab trucks only: 2015-2025 Ford F-150, 2017-2025 F-150 Raptor, and 2017-2025 F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty crew cabs. Regular and SuperCab trucks are not covered.
Do I have to drill my roof?
Yes. The Ford version installs through 10 drilled mounting points in the roof, using self-sealing rivnuts to anchor the rack.
Does the rack come with lights?
No. The rack is sold on its own. It is set up for a 57" Gravity Titan (91419) or Pro6 (91315) overhead bar and up to four Profile 10" SideCast side lights, all sold separately. Blackout plates are included to cover the side light openings if you skip SideCast lights.
How do I wire the side lights?
The extrusions have hidden internal wire channels and corner access points. KC sells a vehicle-specific Profile SideCast four-light wiring kit for this rack (part 92402).
How much weight can I carry on it?
The limit is your vehicle's OEM roof load rating. Rack weight plus cargo weight, parked or moving, should stay within the figure your vehicle maker publishes.

Platform 1 Raptor Roof Rack
The Platform 1 roof rack looks fantastic. It also is sturdy and feels very solid. The installation directions did not come with the rack. You need to find them in the KC site. The written instructions are inadequate. On youtube, there are videos that are very helpful, but again, installation is not easy. I recommend having a custom shop do this job...it was not a "easy installation" as the product states!!!!! Also, keep in mind this product creates significant wind noise in the cabin.
