Features
- Prop rods for loading: A prop rod holds a raised panel up while you load. When you close the cover, the rod arm moves from its ball stud into the prop rod clip, where it stays put until the next time you open up.
- One-person install and removal: LEER says one person can put the HF350M on quickly and easily, and take it off the same way. When a load needs the entire bed, a single set of hands is enough to lift the cover clear.
- Drive with the bed open: Fold the panels toward the cab, buckle them down with the secondary tie-down straps up by the bulkhead, and you can drive with the bed open. LEER's manual says those straps must be fastened whenever you ride with the cover folded.
- CYNC latch, either side: LEER calls the CYNC latch exclusive to its covers. A two-finger pinch frees the panels, and it works one-handed from the driver or the passenger side, so you never walk around the truck to get into the bed.
- Edges shaped to shed water: Each panel has a beveled edge that LEER shapes so rain runs off instead of pooling, and cushioned seals run around the perimeter so the closed cover sits snug and secure on the rails.
- No-drill clamp-in fit: Two side rails clamp inside the bed, so the truck never sees a drill. The 2.5mm and 5mm Allen wrenches the clamps need are packed in the hardware box.

Is the HF350M waterproof?
LEER builds it to shed water: beveled panel edges move rain off the cover and cushioned seals run around the perimeter. It is not sold as waterproof, so wrap anything that has to stay completely dry.
Do I have to drill the bed rails to fit it?
No. The HF350M side rails clamp in with no drilling. The hardware package has 6 clamp assemblies, 2 tie-down knobs, butyl tape and the 2.5mm and 5mm Allen wrenches.
Can I travel with the panels folded up?
Yes. Buckle the secondary tie-down straps by the bulkhead around the folded panels first, which LEER's manual calls for every time. Check that the clamps are tight before each trip as well.
Can I haul cargo taller than the bed sides?
Not under the closed cover. LEER's warranty does not cover a panel hinge bent past its stop, which usually happens when tall cargo pushes up on a closed cover. Fold the cover open and strap it, or lift it off, for tall loads.

Here's the short version. Follow LEER's install sheet (below) for the exact positions and hardware.
- Wash the truck bed if it is dirty, then set the left-hand rail in place with its notch flush and install the right-hand rail the same way.
- Place a clamp at each of the two marked locations inside the bed channel and the rail, and hand-tighten the flower nut until it makes contact.
- Tighten the 5mm Allen screws; the flower nut may then be removed and kept for reinstalling. Repeat on the right-hand side.
- With the cover folded for CYNC latch engagement, set it on the truck in the front key holes with the dust seal pulled out between the cab and the bed; repeat for the opposite side.
- If the cover needs squaring, loosen the set screws on the tie-down loop and latch locator on one side and shift the cover forward or back.
- Attach the fixed-end ball fitting of each prop rod to the prop-rod base on the panel; the arm clips into the prop-rod clip when closed and onto the ball stud when open.

Warranty
The HF350M is covered by LEER's 3-Year Limited Warranty: LEER promises the cover is free of material and workmanship defects, with coverage that runs 3 years as long as the original purchaser keeps it on the original truck.- Who and where: the original retail purchaser only, on the original owner's truck. The warranty is not transferable.
- Conditions: the cover must be properly installed and not modified, and LEER asks for the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
- Remedy: LEER repairs or replaces a cover that proves defective, at its sole discretion.
- Not covered: damage caused by accidents, neglect or abuse, by inappropriate use or a faulty install, or by acts of God; a cover that comes off the truck in wind or while driving (checking the clamps before you drive is the owner's job); paint damage to the truck; damage from careless unpacking, such as opening the carton with a box cutter; a panel hinge bent past its stop, usually by hauling cargo taller than the bed sides with the cover closed; use outside the cover's specifications or intended application; installing or operating it against the manual; and consequential damage, including to cargo or the truck bed.
- Shipping damage: LEER excludes damage caused by a parcel carrier in transit, so tell us right away and we will file the claim with the carrier.
- Care: wash with mild soap and water only. LEER says chemicals and harsh fluids can damage the hinges and seals and void the warranty.
- Registration: LEER's manual says the cover must be registered for the warranty to be valid. Contact us and we will help you register it.
