The NACHO Quatro packs an unusual amount of technology into a 4" pod. This is the spot set, supplied as a pair, producing 14,400 raw lumens and 10,820 effective lumens across the pair and reaching 460 m (1,509 ft) at 1 lux.
What sets the Quatro apart from a generic pod is the Trail Running Light, a white back-lit element designed to make you visible in daylight, and the swappable covers that come in the box. The body is powder-coated aluminum with a pressure equalizing vent, the lens is polycarbonate, and NACHO rates the light to IP68 and to SAE J575 for vibration.
Each light weighs 1.2 lb and draws up to 60 W at maximum in any mode.

Trail Running Light A white back-lit element designed as a Trail Running Light, adding daytime visibility and a distinctive signature without running the main beams.
Spot Optics A 9.5 degree spot beam producing 212,000 candela, which is the number that translates into reach: this is the Quatro to buy if distance is what you are short of.
Pressure Equalizing Vent The vent lets the light breathe as it heats and cools, which stops the internal vacuum that pulls moisture past seals. It is the detail that separates a light that stays clear from one that fogs internally after a season.
IP68 And J575 Vibration Rated IP68 for dust and water ingress, and SAE J575 for vibration. The second one is what matters when a light is bolted to a bumper over corrugations at speed.
Powder Coated Aluminum Heat Sink An aluminum heat sink with a polycarbonate lens for impact protection, which is the right combination: metal where you need thermal conductivity and polycarbonate where you need something that takes a stone.
Four Covers In The Box Two amber and two smoke covers are supplied, so you can change the look and the beam color without buying anything extra. Amber is the practical choice for dust and fog.

Installation

The lights themselves are a bolt each through a stainless bracket. The wiring is the work: these are high-output lights and need a properly fused, relayed circuit. The NAC11N 40 amp harness is built for exactly this job and includes the switches. Aim the beam on a dark road once everything is torqued down.

Is this one light or a pair?
A pair. That matters when you compare the price against a single-light listing elsewhere. It also matters when you read the specification: the lumen and beam distance figures NACHO publishes for this part number are measured for the pair at maximum output, while the 1.2 lb weight is for a single light.
What is the Trail Running Light for?
It is a white back-lit element that runs as a daytime running light, making the vehicle more visible in daylight without switching on the main beams. It runs off its own circuit, which is why the NACHO NAC11N harness includes a dedicated green wire for it.
Which Quatro should I buy?
NACHO makes four in this range and they differ by optics: the combo (PM411) mixes spot and flood, the spot (PM431) concentrates into roughly 10 degrees for distance, the flood (PM451) spreads wide and close, and the SAE combo (PM461) trades some raw output for a road-legal fog pattern. This is the spot. All four are the same physical light with different optics behind the lens.
Do I need a special harness?
You need a properly fused and relayed circuit, and NACHO makes one for the job: the NAC11N is a dual 40 amp harness with two Carling switches and a dedicated green wire for the Quatro Trail Running Light. A generic harness will run the main beams but will not have the extra circuit for the running light.
What covers come with it?
Two amber and two smoke covers are in the box, so a pair of lights can be run in either finish without buying anything. Amber is the useful one in dust and fog; smoke is cosmetic and reduces output.
What is the warranty?
NACHO publishes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on this product, and the distributor record independently records the term as Lifetime. Two sources, in agreement. Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.
