- Big 7" round output: The Grande is NACHO's large 7" round light, built for drivers and racers who want a lot of programmable light from one housing.
- Output Control Module: NACHO's Output Control Module lets you build your own beam and brightness settings and keeps them stored in the light.
- Program it with a magnet: Tap the supplied magnetic Sorcery Wand on the marked spot of the housing to step through beam patterns and brightness levels; stop tapping and the choice is saved.
- Three programmable triggers: Three trigger wires can each hold their own mode, and the light runs on constant battery power so the triggers draw so little current that no external relays are needed.
- Polycarbonate exoskeleton: A polycarbonate exoskeleton wraps the housing for impact protection and helps shed heat.
- IP68, surface or tube mount: The light is IP68 sealed. It ships on a surface-mount bracket and also clamps directly to 1.5" straight tube once the bracket is removed.
Description & Fitment
Part PM612 is the Grande "4 Hi", one 7" light that mixes spot, flood and area patterns at 80 W. Against the 4 Lo it trades some width for reach, getting to 1 lux at roughly 1,680 ft (512 m), with 7,883 effective lumens. The box holds the light on its surface-mount bracket, an M10 mounting bolt and the magnet used for programming, with no harness, switch or partner light.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check before you buy: this is one 7" Grande light for 12 V systems. Wider 80 W version: PM611 (4 Lo). 140 W Racer versions: PM615 (spot) and PM616 (combo).
The Grande needs constant power run directly to the battery plus a switched trigger feed; check your mount is a flat tab for the M10 bolt or 1.5" straight tube.

Will a 7" Grande fit my bumper?
It bolts to a flat tab with its M10 bolt or clamps to 1.5" straight tube. Check you have room for a 7" round light.
Do I need anything else?
Wire, a fuse and a switch for the trigger feed; the light connects straight to the battery for its main power.
Is this a pair?
No. Each Grande part number is one light; order two for a pair.
How do I change the beam?
Power the trigger wire you want to set, then tap the supplied magnet on the target mark. Each tap moves to the next pattern or brightness level, and the light saves the last one when you stop.
Do I need relays?
No. The Grande takes constant power straight from the battery, and its trigger wires draw so little current that a low-amperage switch can control it.
Can it mount on a tube bar?
Yes. Remove the four M6 fasteners and the surface bracket, and the light clamps to 1.5" straight tube.

ARB lists a 3-year warranty for NACHO lights sold through its network, the term on its NACHO Quatro product data; ARB's standard limited-warranty terms apply.- ARB warrants the product against defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period, counted from the purchase date. Commercial use (taxis, hire vehicles, mining) is covered for 3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- For an accepted claim, ARB will repair or replace the defective workmanship or materials at its cost, or refund the price paid, at its discretion.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear; fitting or use outside the product information and vehicle safety and compliance laws; misuse, overloading, neglect or improper repair and maintenance; alteration, abuse, acts of nature, vandalism, collision, road hazards or adverse conditions; racing, rallying, hill climbs, speed trials and similar events; underground mining or other highly corrosive environments.

Inspect on delivery
Each Grande ships as one light with the surface-mount bracket fitted, the M10 mounting bolt and the programming magnet. Keep the magnet; you need it to change the light's programs later. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
