The Grande is the flagship of the NACHO range and it does something most driving lights do not: it lets you program the output. An onboard control module stores multiple beam configurations, and you switch between them by waving a magnet, the "Sorcery Wand", over the housing. Set it up once for the driving you actually do and forget it.
The Supreme 100 is the high-output combo: a copper circuit board carrying 140 W into a 37.5 degree pattern for 12,201 raw lumens and 566 m of reach. NACHO positions it for high-visibility race applications and for people who simply want a great deal of light. The copper board is the reason it can run that wattage continuously without cooking itself.
The signature polycarbonate exoskeleton is a Forced Air Induction design that channels air through the housing for cooling, and it is replaceable, so a scraped or faded shell does not mean a new light. The 2-in-1 patented mount surface mounts or clamps directly to 1.5" tube. Relays are built into the light, so you can run a low-power switch to a high-power light without extra harness components. IP68 and J575 rated. This part number is a single light.
What's Included:

2-in-1 stainless steel surface mount bracket with chrome plated hardware
Sorcery Wand magnet tool
Features
Programmable Output Control Module An inbuilt module stores multiple outputs and beam patterns. Program the light for the conditions you drive in, save it, and stop thinking about it. This is the Grande's defining feature and nothing else in the ARB or NACHO range does it this way.
Sorcery Wand Magnet Control A magnet on a stick toggles the light through its stored settings. It sounds like a gimmick and is in fact the reason the housing has no buttons to seal, no switch to fail and no connector to corrode.
Replaceable Forced Air Induction Housing The polycarbonate exoskeleton channels air through the light for cooling and can be replaced for a fresh look or a custom paint job. A scraped shell is a cosmetic part, not a new light.
2-In-1 Patented Mount Surface mount it, or clamp it directly to any 1.5" tube, from the same patented bracket. Stainless steel with a UV protected black powder coat.
Relays Built Into The Light Because the relays are internal, you can run a low-power switch to a high-power light without building a relay box into the harness. That is a real saving in installation cost and complexity.
Two Covers In The Box Each Grande comes with an amber branded NACHO cover and a solid black ARB branded cover, so you can change the look or the beam color without buying an accessory.

Simpler to wire than most lights of this output because the relays are inside the light, so a low-current switch feed is enough. Mount it, wire it, then use the Sorcery Wand to set up the output pattern you want before you go looking for a dark road to aim it on.
Warranty, Shipping & Returns
Warranty. NACHO states a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on this product, and the distributor record independently lists the warranty term as Lifetime. Those are the two sources available and they agree. In North America it is supported through ARB (Air Locker Inc., Auburn, WA) and honored through authorized dealers like us. We describe the warranty exactly as the manufacturer publishes it and do not extend or restate its terms.
Free shipping. This item ships free to the lower 48 states and typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
Inspect on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Compliance. NACHO publishes ECE R10 electromagnetic compliance, IP68 ingress protection and SAE J575 vibration rating for the Grande. No SAE beam certification is published, so it is sold as an off-road auxiliary driving light.
About ARB
NACHO Offroad Lighting is ARB's American lighting brand, engineered, tested and built in the USA and proven at events like King of the Hammers and the Baja 1000. NACHO products are designed around user control: programmable output modules, replaceable housings and swappable covers, so one light can serve as a driving light, a work light or a street legal fog lamp depending on how you set it up.
NACHO sits inside the wider ARB group, which began in a Melbourne driveway in 1975 and is now the largest 4x4 accessories manufacturer in the southern hemisphere, with offices in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Prestige Truck is an authorized ARB and NACHO dealer. Every light we ship is genuine US market stock with full manufacturer warranty support behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Is this one light or a pair?
One. The NACHO Grande is sold as a single light at this part number, and the published lumen figures are for a single light. That is the opposite of the Quatro sets, which are sold as pairs with pair figures, so it is worth being deliberate when you compare the two on price.
What does programmable output actually mean?
The Grande has a control module inside it that stores several output and beam pattern configurations. You cycle through and select them by passing a magnet over the housing. So you can set a pattern for high-speed open running, another for slow technical going, and an area-light setting for camp, then switch without any dash controls.
Is the magnet control a gimmick?
It is the reason the housing has no buttons, no switch and no extra connector, which are three of the most common failure points on a sealed light. Whether you like the idea or not, a magnetically actuated control on an IP68 housing is sound engineering rather than marketing.
Which Grande should I choose?
NACHO makes four. The 4 Lo (PM611) is the widest at 53 degrees for slower and more technical going. The 4 Hi (PM612) narrows to 37.5 degrees for more distance. The Supreme 150 (PM615) is the extreme spot at 3.5 degrees for racing. The Supreme 100 (PM616) is the 140 W combo at 37.5 degrees. Pick on beam width first, output second.
Do I need a relay or a special harness?
Relays are built into the light, so you can run a low-power switch to a high-power light without adding relay hardware to the harness. You still want proper fusing and adequate cable. The NACHO NAC11N harness is a sound choice if you are wiring more than one light.
What is the warranty?
NACHO publishes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on this product, and the distributor record independently records the term as Lifetime. Two sources, in agreement. If something is wrong with how it was made, contact us and we will take it up with the manufacturer. Keep your invoice.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
