Ready for daily duty

A lifted stance with bigger tires still has to commute, tow and haul. SST kits keep a small rear rake so the vehicle sits right with weight in the bed or on the hitch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

How is an SST kit different from a leveling kit?

A leveling kit raises only the front to cancel the factory rake. An SST kit lifts the front and the rear, so the whole vehicle gains height.

What is the largest tire it clears?

The tire size ReadyLIFT lists for this exact vehicle is in the specifications on this page. Tire dimensions vary by brand, so test fit your wheel and tire combination before mounting.

Will I need an alignment after installing it?

Yes, plan on one. ReadyLIFT notes the vehicle may need an alignment after installation, and headlamp aim should be checked at the same visit.

Does it affect driver-assistance cameras and radar?

Changing ride height can shift camera, radar and sonar aim. ReadyLIFT says to check and recalibrate these systems after installation, and some vehicles need dealer tools to do it.

Can I install it myself?

ReadyLIFT recommends a certified mechanic and says to read the instructions fully before starting. The install sheet and ReadyLIFT's estimated install time for this exact kit are on this page.

Is an SST kit covered for off-road use?

ReadyLIFT's warranty excludes damage from off-road abuse on its lift kits. Its Jeep SST and Terrain Flex kits are the exception and remain covered in recreational off-road use.

Great Ride and Looks!

Super happy with the outcome. Maintains the factory ride and drivability. No issues with rubbing, even with the factory auto running boards. Sitting on 275/70R18 Falken A/T3 and Method MR306 +18 offset. Highly recommended.

Factory ride, great product

This is my second expedition with this kit, I’m running a 22x10 Moto metal with -24 offset with some 285/55r22 nitto trail grappler tires. I did some major cutting and moving the inner splash shield in the front wheel well to make them fit but they now do and don’t rub. I own and run Superior Off-Road in Gresham, Oregon and highly recommended Readylift suspension lifts.

Yes, this fit the Navigator!

I bought the Expedition 3/2 lift for my 2020 Lincoln Navigator and love it. Just the right lift and the ride is the same as stock.

Expedition Platinum factory 22's

Bought the kit, installed, no issues other than finding a way to run a 10ply tire with factory 22" wheels. After a few failed attempts at tire sizes was able to get 285/50R22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers underneath it while keeping the factory 22's. Not alot of help on the interweb, but with the 285/55R22 ridge grapplers an the use of 1/4" hubcentric wheel spacers absolutely no trimming or rubbing. Ride quality with the factory magnetic ride system is fantastic. Was a awesome vehicle before now it's a head turner.

Looks awesome!!! Great bolt on kit

Kit went on with ease, looks awesome. Was able to squeeze some 285/55/22s on it with 22x10 -24 offset XD Outbreaks. Deff was some major cutting and trimming but got the look I was going for with no rub.

Expedition lift kit

Ready lift 3" kit for Ford Expedition required a few jacks but the instructions were easy to follow and everything fit as described.

Rear Wheels Won't be Centered

Working with a customer, we found this was the only lift kit on the market that was compatible with CCD equipped trucks. The only reason why it doesn't have a 5 star review is because Ready Lift doesn't have any options for centering the rear wheels in the wheel well. They need to come up with longer, or adjustable rear links. The rear tire is so far forward that you won't be able to get much larger of a tire. Luckily there is another brand that has options for the rear end, so we had to go that route.

Love!

We finally got our lift installed and while it wasn’t the absolute easiest process it was definitely doable and makes a huge difference. My expedition looks SICK!

Not as much lift as advertised, but still great.

Had these installed on my wife's 20' Max. We go to the Padre Island National Seashore every summer, and I got tired of having to stop after about 20-30 miles down the coastline. This added that extra couple inches I was looking for to clear some of the more moderate areas of beach. You can tell that it has been lifted when getting into it, but if you're just walking by the car you can't tell unless it's next to another Expedition (see photo). It says 3" in the front, but after putting about 100 miles on them it's more like 2.25" (still no complaints). Waiting for about another 10k miles to get larger tires (I'm cheap and if i don't have to spend it I won't right now).
