What is the difference between 1-channel and 2-channel?
A 1-channel system controls both air springs together. A 2-channel system controls each side individually, which helps level offset loads.
What is the difference between SD and HD?
SD packages use the Standard Duty compressor and HD packages use the Heavy Duty compressor, which has a higher duty cycle and flow for more frequent adjustments.
Do I need air springs too?
Yes. AirIQ controls air springs, such as a LOGIQ Air Spring Kit, which is sold separately.
Can I control it without my phone?
Yes. The AirIQ 2-Channel Remote Control works with AirIQ SD1, SD2 and HD2 packages and is sold separately.
Does it raise my payload?
Air springs level and support a load, but they never raise the truck's factory payload or GVWR, so stay within those ratings.
What warranty applies?
LOGIQ covers its products for the life of the vehicle against defects in materials or workmanship in normal use. Air compressors are treated as a wearing component and carry a 2-year warranty. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only, does not transfer, and excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents and cosmetic imperfections.
