Warranty. Rigid covers this product with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Powder coating carries a 1-year term, and improper installation, accidents, ammonia-based cleaners and road salt are not covered. Shipping. Ships in the manufacturer's carton by parcel carrier; long light bars ship in oversize cartons. Inspect on delivery. When the package arrives, open it and check every piece against the box list before you start, and report any shipping damage right away with photos.
