Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

What can Chase Pod do?

It works as a reverse light, courtesy light, strobe, running light and brake light, all from one pod.

Which halo colors are available?

Red, amber and blue, selectable as options on the product.

Can I connect several Chase Pods?

Yes. Rigid designs Chase Pod to run alone or wired in series with others for a full chase light setup.

Is Chase Pod legal on the street?

Rigid does not list this light as SAE or DOT compliant, and Rigid's warranty terms state that some Rigid lights are built and sold strictly for off-road driving. Treat it as an off-road light and follow your state's rules for auxiliary lighting.

Where should the relay go?

Rigid recommends mounting relays inside the cab, away from the heat and moisture under the hood.

How should I clean the lens?

Rigid recommends mild soap and water or mineral spirits. Ammonia-based cleaners, household glass cleaners and liquid detergents can fade or crack the polycarbonate lens, and Rigid advises skipping automatic car washes for that reason.
