About Rigid Industries

Rigid Industries was founded in Gilbert, Arizona in 2006. It began by selling powersports accessories, until its engineers decided halogen and HID lamps were holding riders back and set out to build a better light. That work produced Rigid's patented Hybrid Optical System and the first LED light bar.

Rigid has since partnered with Toyota, Ford and Polaris, programs that hold its lights to demanding OEM standards for output, durability and reliability. Off-road racers at events such as the Baja 1000 and the Mint 400 run Rigid lighting to get to the finish.

Today Rigid is part of Clarience Technologies, a group of vehicle lighting, visibility and safety companies, and it still designs for the trail, the job site and everything in between.

Double-Row LED light output

Two rows of LEDs put serious light down the trail. Choose spot or hyperspot for reach, flood for spread, driving for balance, or a combo for both. Output is in the specifications.

Fits every kind of build

From trucks and powersports to overland rigs and emergency vehicles, the bar suits many mounts. Rigid backs it with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Is this light street legal?

No. Rigid does not rate this light as SAE compliant, so it is for off-road use only. Keep it switched off on public roads.

Why a double-row bar?

Two rows of LEDs put more output into the same length, which is the idea behind the E-Series, the bar Rigid credits with starting it all.

Which beam should I choose?

Rigid offers spot, flood, driving, hyperspot and combo E-Series bars. Spot reaches far, flood spreads wider, driving balances the two, and combos mix patterns in one bar.

Will the bar whistle at speed?

Wind noise depends on the mount. Rigid sells an E-Series and RDS-Series resonance damper, part 40280, that absorbs harmonic vibration and reduces wind noise.

Can I mount it vertically?

Rigid designs and tests its supplied brackets for a horizontal installation. Contact Rigid before mounting the light vertically.

What does the warranty cover?

Rigid's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Commercial, marine and industrial use is limited to 5 years, powder coat and lenses to 1 year, and removing the bezel or otherwise breaking the seal is not covered.
