Is this light street legal?
No. Rigid does not rate this light as SAE compliant, so it is for off-road use only. Keep it switched off on public roads.
How many backlight colors are there?
Rigid lists seven backlight colors: red, green, blue, light blue, purple, amber and white.
Does the backlight change the forward beam?
No. The forward light stays white; the color comes from the backlight behind it, which changes the look of the light on the vehicle.
Which Radiance+ shapes are offered?
Rigid makes Radiance+ as straight bars, curved bars, slim SR-Series bars, pods, XL pods and scene pods. The size and beam for this light are in its specifications.
How should I clean the lens?
Use mild soap and water or mineral spirits. Rigid's polycarbonate lenses can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners, so skip glass cleaners and automatic car washes, and rinse road salt off with fresh water. Damage from either is not covered by the warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Radiance lights carry a 10-year Rigid warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Powder coat and lenses carry 1 year, and removing the bezel or otherwise breaking the seal is not covered.
