RDS SR-Series Curved Light Bars by Rigid: A dark Ford F-150 pickup with a curved roof light bar and grille light bars drives down a desert highway at dusk; the roof bar housing looks black.

Built for rough country

Rigid builds its bars with tough polycarbonate lenses and tests its lights to demanding OEM standards, so the bar is ready for washboard roads and weather.

RDS SR-Series Curved Light Bars by Rigid: Curved RDS-Series PRO 40 inch light bar with clear optics, front view on white.

Follows your roof line

The curve sits flush with the shape of a modern truck or SUV for a clean, integrated look. Rigid covers it with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Is this light street legal?

No. Rigid does not rate this light as SAE compliant, so it is for off-road use only. Keep it switched off on public roads.

Why a curved bar?

Rigid shapes RDS bars with a curve that spreads light across a wider field and follows the lines of modern trucks and SUVs, which suits roof and windshield-header mounts.

What is the difference between RDS-Series PRO and RDS SR-Series PRO?

Rigid offers its curved bar in double-row and single-row versions. The single-row SR-Series model has a slimmer profile; the row count and output for each bar are in its specifications.

Will the bar whistle at highway speed?

Wind noise depends on the mount. Rigid sells an E-Series and RDS-Series resonance damper, part 40280, to absorb harmonic vibration and cut wind noise on these bars.

How should I clean the lens?

Use mild soap and water or mineral spirits. Rigid's polycarbonate lenses can be damaged by ammonia-based cleaners, so skip glass cleaners and automatic car washes, and rinse road salt off with fresh water. Damage from either is not covered by the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Rigid's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Commercial, marine and industrial use is limited to 5 years, powder coat and lenses to 1 year, and removing the bezel or otherwise breaking the seal is not covered.
