Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. Rigid lists a 2-year warranty for Reflect, covering manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Rigid's policy limits Reflect to a 1-year term outside the light engine and mirror, and the mirror glass carries no warranty. Shipping. Ships in the manufacturer's carton by parcel carrier; long light bars ship in oversize cartons. Inspect on delivery. When the carton arrives, open it and check the lights, brackets and hardware against the box list before you start, and report any shipping damage right away with photos.
