Bushings that rotate freely

TeraFlex IR bushings let the control arm rotate without binding as the axle twists, which keeps the suspension flexing smoothly and helps the arms ride quietly on the highway.

Adjust geometry with precision

Adjustable Alpine arms let you set caster, pinion angle and axle position exactly for your lift, while preset Sport parts handle common heights with no adjustment needed.

Alpine IR arms on a JT

TeraFlex installs Alpine IR control arms, with their Independent Rotation bushings, on a Jeep Gladiator JT.

Flex over every obstacle

With the geometry corrected and the bushings working freely, a lifted Jeep tracks straight on the road and keeps its tires planted over rocks and ruts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on specs, fit and support

Do I need new control arms after a lift?

Lifting changes caster and pinion angle. Small lifts can often use preset Sport arms or brackets, while taller lifts benefit from adjustable Alpine arms to dial geometry back in.

What is the difference between Alpine and Alpine IR?

Both are adjustable. Alpine IR arms use TeraFlex Independent Rotation bushings, which rotate freely to reduce bind and let the arms be torqued with the Jeep in the air.

Short arms or long arms?

Short arms bolt to the factory mounts and suit mild to moderate lifts. Long arm kits relocate the mounts for more travel and a smoother ride on taller lifts, but require cutting off the factory brackets. Each listing states the lift range it is built for.

Can I replace just one arm?

Yes. Arms are sold individually by position, in pairs and as full 8-arm kits. Match the position in the title to the arm you are replacing.

Do the arms and brackets fit every powertrain?

Most do. A few long arm bracket kits do not fit the 4xe plug-in hybrid, and the fit notes on each listing name any exclusion. Plan on an alignment after any control arm change.

What warranty applies?

TeraFlex covers control arms and IR bushings for life. Alpine control arm bushings other than IR are covered for 1 year.
